Good service. Friendly and helpful staff. I placed an online order to collect. I received the text message to say it was ready. I went along a day later to collect. 1 of the items on my order was missing but tye staff member was able to go and find it in store to complete my order. That's the only reason I have dropped 1 star since they perhaps didn't follow their own due diligence in putting the order together. Otherwise, very happy. Smooth service.

I don’t usually use Halfords, I always leave these things to my husband! But today I visited your store and was served by Billy, he was brilliant. I needed a new rear wiper for my car as my MOT is due tomorrow. Billy asked If I would like to join your motoring club as if I did I could get my wiper fitted and a free Health check for my car. It was a very easy process and I feel that I have really benefited from joining your scheme. After following instructions on the Wise Driving for fitting a black box self- installation, we were facing some issues trying to unscrew some bolts to fit it. I went to have my brake bulb changed on a grand c-max, the guy knew what he was doing he was very careful taking off the casing and putting it back on and checking make sure the brake light worked, I also had a free winter check and it all only took minutes.

Upon arriving at this store for my car to be checked over the assistant a young man was very polite offered me a chair. I decided to go in the lift to look @ ladies bikes which another assistant showed me several suitable fory height etc. On returning downstairs my car was sorted oil top up bulb replacement and tyres checked all within 30 minutes. Fabulous!🙂

The pressure gauge is great and easy to use. The tyre tread indicator however, I find hard to use and to get a consistent reading. But after all I only bought it for the pressure facility!

I've had to visit Halfords twice recently. Once for a wing mirror that mysteriously leapt off the car and the other was the more serious matter of a headlight bulb having stopped working. The mirror was easy enough but the lad who fitted it was very friendly and helpful. The lad who fitted the headline and side light bulbs was really helpful, friendly and didn't fuss. He noticed that the side light was gone too - I hadn't realised. He refunded my over payment on fitting and fitted the other bulb as well. It was just a lovely, stressful visit. Everything got mended and I felt that a really was a valued customer.

I used their Web page to find which bulb I needed. Used my car reg etc. It gave me the wrong type of bulb, I found out after I opened the packet and removed an old bulb they were different. Took the wrong ones back, full refund and two new ones of the correct type. Excellent service thank you.

Cracking place for your car and bicycle bits. For most of your run of the mill stuff like bulbs, wiper blades, number plates, oil, radios, sat nav and bike chains, then this is the store to come. But the downside is it's a little on the expensive side, saying that it's good opening hours , handy to get to and they offer a good selection of items, plus also do a fitting service at a price.
