I went to Smithsons for some lube for my shaft and the lads couldn’t do enough for me. Robbo seemed to be a expert in lube and he sorted me out with the right lube for my dry shaft. Dave even offered to help apply the lube. These lads really do bend over backwards to help a guy in need

The staff are Super helpful. They went above and beyond to test my battery then remove my old battery and replaced it with the new one, on my citreon Picasso.(which was super tricky as it was under my passenger seat) I'm so grateful for the 5 star treatment. My warning light came on my dashboard to say my brake fluid was low. I called in to buy some and the man topped it up for me and had a look to see if I had a possible leak. They were extremely helpful and the brake fluid was only £3. I highly recommend this place much better than big name stores that just rip you off.

Hi all I have dealt with Dave, Ash Rob and John for the last 14 yrs and these guys bend over backwards to help you they give free advice . If on the rare occasion they do not have your part in sock. It's is either there within. Few hours or next morning. I will never go anywhere else.I have a fleet of vehicles and have always been a customer . Scouse @ Gurards4U Security

This shop is a dying breed, you can actually get the part you need quickly and you dont need deep pockets. Unlike them robbing European parts selling muppets, if it isnt right you can take it back. More to the point smithsons actually give you the correct parts first time round. Incredible customer service too from John and co.
