Visited Tegiwa's HQ today for the first time and I must say I am very impressed with the level of service they provide and the outstanding facilities. I have known about Tegiwa for some time and have ordered bits and pieces here and there, however after recently acquiring my EK9 Type R I was looking at ordering a bunch of parts, and soon went to Google to review my options. After looking at a few sites, I decided to make some enquiries, almost immediately I had a response from Eddy at Tegiwa and that made me a customer for life. Eddy provided a world class level of service and answered every query I had with the most professional customer service I have been subjected to in many years. I can not thank Eddy, or the team at Tegiwa enough for getting me the parts I was looking for, on the shortest notice with the most brilliant service. 10/10 would shop again, in fact I am loading up my basket as we speak!

Spent a few grand with Tegiwa this past year, and more a few years prior. They're generally very punctual, reply to emails fast, and provide genuine quality parts. Their stock online is also always right. If I had to criticise, I'd say they need to let customers know a better ETA on out of stock items that are due in (I've waited double the quoted times before now and not knowing where I stand is irritating) However, I'll be a returning customer for the foreseeable 🙏 cheers lads

I always read reviews before any purchase as the extra caution pays dividends, in this case it paid in double. I can't recommend TegiwaImports highly enough. The service and the customer care are brilliant and second to none. Had a few expensive parts ordered including racing wheels and high performance tires. Can't fault them - owning a 1989 Civic EF finding parts is somewhat difficult and it's always possible to have the wrong one delivered due consumer error and I cannot praise Jim Forsyth at Tegiwa enough for his patient and cooperation. Especially since I've battered him with emails and phone calls with product questions, requests, help and advice! A very strong company with a great customer service team. Would recommend them to anyone!

My last experience with tegiwa, was the same as every experience with tegiwa, great service, delivery is quick and easy, there website is a breeze, and the product they make are top quality, I wouldn't put it on my car and trust it if I thought otherwise! Just bought the tegiwa X radiator, and all the welds look nice, it was well packages to all the fins had no damage, (they bend ridiculously easy) great sale on at the moment aswell, don't miss it!

I have been using tegiwa for over three years, previously i owned a civic type r fn2, now an Integra dc5, and always used them for my parts, great knowledgeable staff who always go the extra mile to help. I have been looking for ages for a lowered seat rail for my dc5, and they were the only ones who could source one from Japan for me, and at a price that was better than anywhere else! Quoted 3-4 weeks delivery, it arrived 3 and a half weeks later. (Couldn't be happier with the lower driving position, turned my dc5 into a go kart!) Never had an issue with them, i won't go anywhere else! Thanks lads for a great service.
