My only gripe is sometimes you have to wait a while to get served, mainly because its busy which it does go to show how popular it is. Everything I have needed has always been in stock. Used click and collect to purchase a car battery. Excellent price and item ready when I arrived.

This place is seriously short of counter staff. One staff member was manning the till and kept disappearing for lengthy periods to locate and fetch what the customer wanted. In the meantime the shop front was left unmanned and a queue built up very quickly. There seemed to be plenty of staff behind the scenes but seemingly none of them able to serve at the counter. It seemed very inefficient as similar establishments manage to deal with customers far more quickly. The other people waiting to be served said it was the same in all Euro Car Parts shops. Surely the purpose of the person at the till is to deal with customers and not to have to keep going to fetch stuff. I am not blaming the staff as they no doubt work hard but things could be better managed. More than one person on the tills would be a start. The place is well stocked and seems competitively priced but the waiting must put off a lot of prospective customers. Better customer service is required and this would surely take the pressure off the counter staff too.

Nearly 44 min had to wait in short qew, they were one staff member down. So they only had one staff member working behind counter. While there were about 4 staff members in office pen pushing/working behind desks. heard by myself and other customers talking/joking. At one point one staff member came out of his cave and saw qew, but just went back into his cave. I couldn't be bothered waiting any longer and just left. This has happened on a few occasions, but not on every visit to the store. So hence 4 stars.... prices are cheap compared to other motor factors, especially with discount codes sometimes available. I will visit store again, but at same time hoping not for a rerun of previous experience. Well see!!!!

When I've experienced stock discrepancies, as well as being apologetic, they made up by delivering it to me when it came into stock using their van. Courtesy calls confirming receipt of click and collect orders give reassurance prior to travelling a distance.

Travelled approximately 10 miles to the store today ( saturday )as i was led to believe the shop was open until 5pm on saturdays and 4pm on sundays under store opening times got there at 4.10pm only to see a sign saying closed at 4pm on saturdays and not open at all on sundays really poor information guys about time the page was updated !!!!!! what a waste of time and fuel !!! Have used them before with no problem but this is bad customer relations.
