This company loves to create queues inside their stores. Maybe it because they.like to create a look of being busy or maybe it is because they are slow at serving customers. Either.way it makes them look silly especially with.one person serving, picking and collecting parts whilst there is a queue. Completely unorganised.

If you have an hour to queue up for counter service, I am not exaggerating even if you have been online to click and collect. One member of staff looking after all shop collections and other shop sales, he is overworked but keeps a smile on his face

Obviously excellent prices and good selection online, but as others say, never try click and collect. No one in the building has any concept of customer service. You will wait. And wait. And wait. Staff will even come into the shop area, walk through, walk out, then you won't see them again. The click and collect orders aren't prepared, so one guy shuffles around the whole warehouse putting it together when you finally get served. Expect to wait at least 30mins if you go there. Even if you're the only customer.

Great value as they have neverending sales on for occasions I've never heard of. My only issue is that the staff seem to disappear into a wardrobe presumably leading to Narnia to get the parts I need... Stood there for a long time. On a plus note, you'll get a nice tan whilst If you are waiting outside in the queue on a sunny day. If you don't pass out from dehydration first...

Only went in for some keyfob batteries. The chap behind the counter was very pleasant but he told me company policy was he couldn't touch or open the keyfob for me so not very helpful but it is what it is. After faffing with the keyfob I fitted the batteries so all was good.

"Any part, any car" is their motto, and in my experience, they're really great at delivering on that promise. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff, backed up by great IT and stocking systems. Good prices. Also have a website I haven't yet used, plus delivery service. The shop is always busy - as you'd expect it's very popular - but worth the wait in the queue!

I ordered some screen wipers for my car and was sent the wrong ones so i went into the shop in swindon and asked for exchange and the young boy said he couldnt as i did not have a wrotten receipt . I said i orderd from your site online and i have the receipt on my phone. I showed him the payment of order and also the confirmation but this wasnt good enough. So i asked to speak to the manager he went off and came back without the manager saying he coulndt still do it as i didnt have that written receipt and i had to phone their head office to ask if they could send me a written receipt . I was fuming as i had the receipt and confirmation on my emails . This young boy had no customer service skill at all. So i was told by another customer to tap on the managers window next door . I did this and the manager was amazing . He exchanged them immediately and apologised. I could not thank the manager enough as you could see that he was upset with the fact that the young lad never really did his job right . So for the main manager of euro car parts THANKYOU from the bottom of my heart for knowing how to do your job right. Will i order from you again YES but i will not want to be served by that young lad and i definitely will not be ordering on line i will go inside the actual place so i get a WRITTEN receipt.

Excellent collection service, very friendly staff, highly recommend! A few weeks ago I went to collect some stuff for one of my vans, me and my girlfriend were dropped there by a friend that had to leave and I had to call someone else to pick us up. A very nice gentleman from Euro Car Parts has taken the time to check up on us and see if we are alright and offered us a glass of water, I would like to thank him and the team at ECP for the lovely job they are doing! Absolutely amazing service and great staff! 👍👍 Keep up the good job!

Good prices but... This store tends to have very long queues which makes a click and collect into a click, queue >15 mins and collect. Parking is also difficult especially when they are slightly busy. It's worth checking their website prices when you are queueing as you can find it cheaper online. Then just order it on your phone, wait and collect.

Good range of parts at better prices than Halfords, but the wait times are ridiculous. Prepare to wait at least 20m in a queue. There seems to be no sense of urgency nor an efficient system to pick parts once ordered. Scewfix operate a similar model (but in the diy area) and they are super efficient.

Good range of stock for a wide range of vehicles. Online site is good. Most recent experience left a little to be desired though, replaced battery under warranty but bizarrely they can't bring their mobile battery tester out to your car... Had to remove the battery in the car park using borrowed tools and put it on the counter. Bit of a ridiculous policy, especially as most customers batteries are going to be fitted to their cars! (and some are very tricky to remove)

Good discounts when you buy online and collect instore, not so good if you walk in and purchase,so do click and collect for best price ( with discount code which you will find on website) downside gets busy at times so can be a bit of a wait.Only issue I've had was track rod ends on smart car , every time you tried to tighten up the threads stripped of every trying 2 replacement sets later gave up all had same issue ( guessing it was a bad batch) went to Mercedes and bought from them .Only other thing bought an alternator ( for Kia Sportage) 12 month warranty, it failed after 14 months
