A link on my purchase confirmation to postal tracking would have been helpful. There was nothing to tell me when and who would be delivering my parcel. Mail from DHL went into my junk folder so I didn't see until the day of delivery and I was out when the delivery was made. I was pleased with the mats.

Contacted the team 1st to figure out which mats i needed & they responded within 24hours with links to the item on their webpage. Once i ordered i was then contacted throughout. Item arrived within 2 days of dispatch & seem to be very well made. Perfect fit for my model (Honda Civic Si 2010) Instructions were included for the front drivers mat aswel as needed screws to hold it down (probably not a requisite but i prefer having my mat stood firm so not moving around my feet whilst driving) Had the car model written on the 2 front mats. Overall I'm very happy with the product & service!
