P. B.Purchased front brake calipers for 2013 citroen relay needed calipers for 280mm discs not 300mm as van sits on 15" rims not 16" rims. Ordered items no problem staff very helpful when purchasing to make sure right part is for vehicle. Delivery very quick and prompt and quality of item very good and do not break the bank. In the past have spent a lot of money on new caliper glide pins on original calipers as keep on seizing up. In future will not bother and order new calipers just as cheap and you have that piece of mind knowing they are new as you cannot afford to cut costs on brakes. I highly recommend buying products from this company as they are a small family run business like me who pride themselves on quality and offering a good service not like big corporate companies who are not interested after you purchase as they have target levels to meet and no customer loyalty. M. M.On Sunday 19th of June, I ordered a drivers side wing mirror for my Citreon C1 from Energized Customs on Ebay. It cost me (with a voucher) just under £24 with free postage and packing - it arrived the following Tuesday as promised.
With the help of these lovely people, I was able to save about £162 if I had arranged the repair with a garage - as I was also able to fit the new wing mirror on myself.
I hope nothing else falls off my car, but if it does, I'll be ordering from Energized Customs again.

L. G.Very Impressed. I was not sure if I had the right part for my model of car and emailed. Within a very short time I had a very helpful reply. I then needed another part. I again emailed and was asked to send my registration number and they got back to me very quickly with a reply. The part (a central locking module for a VW Touran) arrived within a couple of days. It cost me £25 instead of £175 from the dealer and works fine. As it was so cheap I dismantled it before fitting to see the quality and if necessary to lubricate before fitting. I needn’t have done so as it was all in order. Fitted & worked perfectly. Will be using this company again for sure.

My journey started by ordering some brake calipers, which to my dismay were wrong, my error not theirs! The calipers were here the next day, even though it was a Saturday....very impressed!
A couple of messages back and forth is all as it took to rectify my mistake. Even though it was my error, there is no problem with accepting the incorrect ones back, and even advised as to which carrier to use for cheapest return.
Anyway, the correct calipers turned up the next day, again, extremely fast delivery! New calipers on which work a treat and extremely competitive price!

Well what can i say, i ordered between xmas and new year and wasnt expecting to recieve till the new year. I Recieved the items within days of ordering and it was all spot on. I fitted them with a friend and they were great. They were also a fraction of the price of one caliper from the well.known euro car parts that wanted over 300 quid for one caliper. With a £50 surcharge. And i brought the pair for £60 with no surcharge. Absolutley fantastic service and value as a person that fixes there own car.

Oct '20 - UPDATE FOLLOWING MY REVIEW - ENERGIZED CUSTOMS CONTACTED ME AS PER THEIR RESPONSE BELOW AND WE HAD AN OPEN EXCHANGE OF EMAILS. THEY EXPLAINED THAT THEY HAD BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH THEIR WEBSITE AND APOLOGISED PROFUSELY. SEVERAL EMAILS WERE EXCHANGED BACK AND FORTH AND LIZZY WAS VERY QUICK TO REPLY TO MY EMAILS SO A TICK IN THE BOX FOR QUICK CUSTOMER RESOLUTION IN THIS CASE.
Beware when ordering from this company. I placed an order for a mirror costing about £50 back in August 2020, money was taken from credit card but no confirmation of order email received. Two weeks passed - no item had arrived so I tried to contact them. Alarm bells started to sound when I called the number on their website to get a recorded message telling me that I had to contact them through the website. After the recorded message the line hangs up so no other option. Filled in the contact form on their website THREE TIMES but never received a reply. I even tracked down the neighbouring business on google maps and rang them to confirm that Energised Customs actually physically existed at the address shown on their website. Apparently it does but I have still not heard from them. Will now have to dispute transaction with bank.
