D.Prices are great which is the only real reason to go there. There was a staff member behind the counter who had a little too much to say and historically I've found that you can't buy from the store using the discount codes, you must first reserve them on the website then walk in and pay. Bit of a faff when you just want a battery or something.

J.Good covid measures in place, I can see others writing reviews about the waiting time and the fact they only have one person on the till but this is clearly because of social distancing measures. they physically couldn't have more than one person on the till because the shop is so small . People need to wake up a realise this is the world we live in now. if you want specific parts then you need to wait in the que.. its not rocket science. staff are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Seems to be plenty of people in the back office but usually only one person serving.They need to speed up the service when the customer collects.

T. O.Cheap parts shop,only if you buy online with promo code. Dificult to find parking space next to the shop in peak hours. Sometimes it take ages to get what you ordered. But well worth of waiting.
R. S.Friendly staff, good location. As per most EuroCarParts branches I have visited be prepared to wait a few minutes to get served. To me this is not a problem, but to the more impatient people amongst us it may lead to tutting, fidgeting and of course the classic "Isnt anybody else serving mate?", anyway I digress.
Branch is open until 6pm on weekdays. There is always some money off offer if you click-and-collect parts via their website so this is recommended and doubles as an handy stock-checker too. Parts are usually cheap and it is a convenient place to get to.

One thing I highly recommend is ordering parts online and collect in store as they always have discount codes online which makes them one of the cheapear motor factors in Telford.
