M. G.Booked Paul a while back to replace a window for me. So pleased that I did. A very pleasant and amenable young man, first thing he did was to put down dust sheets, and got straight on with the job. Took out my old window and replaced with the agreed new style in a little under three hours including cleaning up behind him. When he'd finished, you would be hard pressed to tell any work had actually been carried out, everything left clean and tidy. I was very impressed with him ( I don't use that term often or lightly ) and would not hesitate to recommend him for any window/door replacement work. Oh, and I found his price to be very reasonable too.
A. C.Having recently moved house I'm well aware of the huge variation in service standards tradesmen offer so was very cautious when it came to finding someone to replace all my windows. Paul came recommended to me as someone who takes pride in his work. He lived up to that and some. Paul took time to suggest the best windows for my property and even a way to save money on his initial quote (very competitive by the way). Fitting took 7 days instead of 5 due to weather problems (Cornwall!) but there was no question of asking for more money as has been my experience with other trades. He had to work around dogs and children but was always polite, punctual, tidy and unobtrusive. The final product looks awesome too and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Paul.

I found Paul’s work to be very neat & tidy, and I’d say he’s an absolute master with a silicone gun! The windows themselves are very good quality, and look to be well made.
Really nice guy too. My wife said that she felt very comfortable with him working in the house, which is always peace of mind.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Duchy glass. Top service, top job.
