Positive feedback about this brunch. Went there to pick up my online order. It's easy to find this place, parking is convenient. My order was found quickly. Friendly staff. It was a queue of 1 person, it went quickly.

Sadly , have been let down with wrong parts , after giving all information requested, which obviously causes a issue, have noticed prices can be a little high , pays to shop around . Sometimes counter staff xan be a little abrupt.

The prices at Euro Car Parts can't be beat but as a result of this they are always really busy. I do find it frustrating they only have one person at the reception when they have a handful of people waiting to be served. They don't have a shortage of staff as there are so many employees in the stock room and the office.

Update: I managed to contact my local Euro Car Parts and between speaking to the local dispatcher and getting my item delivered they were very friendly and prompt (got delivery within 2hrs)! Delivery process needs improvement. I had no prior notification of the delivery and the driver left with the item and left a blank calling card which had no number or email. I then had to get in touch with customer support via chat to finally get a number and reschedule the delivery.

A good selection of parts to fit every budget but the cheapest options are not necessarily that good. Buy known brands and you won't go wrong and be sure to use the discount codes. This is a much better place to buy a car battery than Halfords and they honour warranties with grace.

I have purchased Brembo discs and pads for my wife's Crv 08, however the pads being terrible. Member of staff had been very helpful by replacing them according to their warranty policy. Hopefully the new set will be as expected Brembo quality. Thank you

Pros: Great prices, strict social distancing measures, only one person allowed in at a time. Cons: Shopping experience is a bit underwhelming and the click and collect was painfully slow. Click and collect order is not pre-packed and not straightaway available for collection. On your arrival, you queue up in front of the main door under open sky. It was scorching hot when I went to pick up my order. There was no one outside to guide and I had to peep in through the window to make sense of what was happening. When I got in, the salesperson went away and started collecting the items on the order. I think the process was extremely slow and could be improved to something similar to scrwfix and argos. After I left the store, I found one of the items was wrong but I had no other option but to queue again. I cannot fault the whole experience. The review could have been a five star if they can improve click and collect experience.

Picked up the parts I ordered online fine. Went to back out of my parking spot and one of their delivery drivers decides that was the best time to either unload or load the Euro Car Parts delivery van. Managed to maneuver my way out, however it was rather annoying having to do that when he could have waited 1-2 minutes for me to leave first. I will need to better pick my parking spots if I return.

Easy to find and had a good experience on a weekday. On a weekend i can imagine this place being very busy because of the car parking spaces. Otherwise staff very helpful and had a quick collection process.

Oftentimes I visit ECP, there tens to be a problem with something. They either haven't got the right part in stock or they sell me a part saying its definitely the part I need and will definitely fit my car for me only to get home and find out that it doesn't. Then try gotta get back there and exchange it. The whole thing just didn't work its meant to. They are the cheapest around though so if you can put up with the inconsistent service to dave a few quid then this is the place for you.
