I recently had my car body repaired with this company. A couple of issues subsequent to the repair were dealt with by a staff member (Donald) who has been most helpful, understanding and supportive. The issues were resolved quickly and I can’t fault the work carried out by Donald and the team. It should also be noted that front office team Donna and Emma have been brilliant. Thank you all.

This is well run repair shop, Donna looked after me politely booked in for dropping the car and kept me informed at all times, even helped me arrange a time to remove remove my belongs from the car, I was able to get them before the car went in for repair. Was given an aygo car to use till repair completed, love the sound under acceleration very clean car. Donna phoned next day car had been repaired and I could pick it at 1430. Overall impressed highly recommend.

We were unfortunate enough to hit a deer on the road just after Christmas, 2019 and Ashgrove was the company used by our insurance. Despite it being the in the middle of the holidays, the car was taken away on the first working day after the accident, a courtesy car was arranged, and a report of the significant damage to the front bumper was promptly submitted, also a separate quote for a non-insurance job replacing the back bumper. As this was my first accident since the 1960s, I didn't know how long work would take, or what the arrangements might be, but Ashgrove kept me posted with email reports and returned the car last week in perfect condition, with the minimum of fuss. The friendly, helpful staff kept this newbie on track, and I would recommend them to anyone unlucky enough to need their services!

Covid interrupted a lot of things - my car, booked in through insurance firm - got stuck in the initial lockdown, but professional and human-focused customer care kept me in the loop, and while the repair itself had to be delayed, arrangements were made to take the car back in as soon as was possible. 100% social distancing compliance in the hand over and collection of car - repair job was immaculate. But more than that, interaction with every staff member, but especially Donna in the office, was incredible. In the midst of chaos I was not just a repair job, but recognised and remembered as a real person, and supported in my family situation and the need for a car. I had heard good things of this firm before and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

I absolutely can't fault these guys. First time using them and will use again without a second thought. My car was booked in through a 3rd party insurance company after being hit by a bus, during the build up of covid 19. From start to finish I was completely kept in the loop for what was happening and changed that had to be made. During the repair they keep in contact with progress of the work. When it came to collection they went over and above with car and keys cleaned and looking perfect. With the social distancing on going my keys were bagged up so not to be touched before collection. The work is second to none i have used several body shops before with different cars and this is hand down the best. Even with the closest of inscription I couldn't see a single trace of the damage and couldn't tell you exactly where the large dent in the door was! Thanks to everyone again!

Some lowlife kicked my car door in at random and after contacting the insurance, I decided to just use their approved repairer. Ashgrove were appointed and the car dropped off with them. The the car was turned around in just a few days and the work carried out perfect. I had a slight snagging issue which was resolved in 10 minutes after popping back in by Donald, whose a nice fella. I appreciate most people are already angry when coming into contact with Ashgrove, as is the business, but I couldn't fault them. I would recommend them if you're on the fence about using them from your insurer. Thanks!

Partners car was in for repair after bump. Kept informed of timescales of repair but not of required parts and when asked was told due to GDPR so needed to contact insurance company for that as required for warranty. No complaints with work and covid regulations well followed.

Recently had our car in for repair, initially they missed a couple of bits as per the job sheet, but they were good in accepting there error and they kept the car and rectified the issue. Car is now looking new again, and a high standard of work has been carried out. The web tracking application is a bit of a gimmick in my view, and communications could be better between them and the customer. I would use them again, but hopefully not need to !

I recently had the misfortune to suffer two rear-end shunts on my car within a few months of each other. On both occasions the insurers involved sent me to Ashgrove in Aberdeen The repairs were carried out to a very high standard and the paint matching was perfect, I would not hesitate to recommend them. A special mention to Heather in reception for her cheery and efficient handling of both repairs.

I had been put through to Ashgrove via my insurance company for repairs to the rear quarter panel and drivers door after someone reversed into the car. The estimates process was very efficient and all damage no matter how small and insignificant was picked up and duly noted for inclusion. The extent of the damage meant a new panel, side skirt, tyres, painting and refinishing of the drivers door and alloy refurb. All in, an extensive repair. When the time came, the car was collected from my house and taken to the garage. Due to the extent of the damage, it took around 2 weeks for the repair. I required the car back for a specific day and the garage were happy to ensure all works were carried out and the car was ready for me. I was able to leave the hire car with them too which was a bonus. The reception staff were great to deal with in organising the pickup. When I picked the car up, I was shown round the work by Donald. I noticed a small scratch on the rear bumper that hadn’t been there long, this was mentioned to Donald, who spoke with Andrew and they offered to take the car in again when it suited me and have the area resprayed without any problem at all, apologising for the error. I left happy, and unable to fault the repairs as the car was in factory condition once again. I returned to have the bumper scratch repaired, with this being done overnight and ready by lunch the next day. I was given a courtesy car to see me through. After a few weeks I noticed the paint had chipped slightly due to it being soft and when I enquired if this was correct, Andrew offered to have the chip touched up and returned to perfect condition, again without any problem. I’ve since unfortunately had an incident with a pole, and got in touch for an estimate for repair, which Andrew was able to do at a fair and reasonable price, in line with other garages in the area. I will be returning to Ashgrove for any bodywork repairs, due to the factory like finish and great customer service and aftercare. Thanks guys!

Very Helpful: I was very pleased with the professionalism and the speediness of the service provided. I needed my front bumper replaced and I was provided a courtesy car which I hardly used because my car was ready the next day. Upon collection, I noticed that my seat did not adjust back and forth as smoothly as it used to and then it got stuck. Although they wouldn't have really done anything to break my seat, they still offered to have a look for the sake of being helpful. They spent over two hours fixing it to find it was one of my child's lego pieces that had gotten stuck in the railing. I couldn't believe that they provided this level of extra help at no additional cost. They wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my car after they were done with it. So I would highly recommend them.
