H. W.Put my car into Blackburn Garage for the 1st time last week for my car’s mot. It failed but they were able to replace the part required in the same day & was cheaper than I expected. Great customer service from Claire & Willow. Will definitely stick with them from now on! :)

I cannot praise the experience and customer service enough, from start to finish it was great, not made to feel as a female driver a push over.

A. J. M. B.I took my 2x cars there for a regular service and for a repair. On my classic car (+25 years) the services was spot on. No surprises. On my newer car they managed to fix an issue with the suspension quickly. I’m both cases the prices were really affordable.
I must insist that there were no surprises. Every time the final price was exact or very close to the one agreed in the quote. They offered advices not only on the areas I requested to inspect but also in places I had no idea there might be something wrong. However they did not charge me an extra hour or labour cost for this extra inspection.

B. M.My car wouldnt move. The garage arranged next day pick up and had it fixed 48 hours later. All at a competitive price. Great service. I put my daughter car in same week for new brake pads. Phoned on the Tuesday. Car in Wednesday and finished same day. Hidden gem as far as I'm concerned. Be using them going forward for sure. Recommend Blackburn Garage to all.
g. m.I required a replacement headlamp and 2 tyres for my Discovery. Blackburn did very well finding parts at less cost than the dealer and made an excellent job of fitting the parts. Overall I am very pleased with the service provided and would recommend them.

This is the kind of place where you just leave them you car keys and trust that they will do exactly what is needed to your car and you will be reasonably charged for it at the end.
