We are in Clarach Bay Holiday Park. The battery light came on. I searched for a reputable mechanic/car garage and luckily there was one very close with an outstanding reputation. I called and spoke to Simon and he was extremely helpful. He got the car in the next day. I feared the worst thinking it may have been the alternator but it was a snapped fan belt. The work was done quickly, the repair charge was an extremely fair price and Simon was professional throughout. Thanks guys. I sincerely recommend this company. They’ve saved us from being able to travel swiftly again!

Very handy to know, especially if you're driving in and out of Vale caravan park. Many of the speed bumps are very severe on suspension and consequently damaged one of the exhaust hangars on my car. Simon at the garage, was really helpful and managed to source and squeeze in the fitting of replacement part, all within 2 hrs and at a very reasonable price too. They are well equipped and professionally organised, with a comfortable waiting area, if you need to hang around. If you have any issues, this is a safe and reliable option to get it resolved, and right on the doorstep.

Lovely guys-Simon and Barry got me in at short notice, due to a noise under my car getting seemingly worse and having to do a long journey the next day. They gave it a thorough inspection and assured me the car was safe to drive. Mysteriously the noise disappeared by the time it got to the garage (after a few days of issues) but they were both so good about it. Very honest people. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Our car developed a worrying noise which we thought may have been from the exhaust manifold. Called in on the off chance, just so someone could have a listen and advise what it may be. The fault was identified immediately and due to safety reasons they wouldn’t allow us to drive the car. Simon was brilliant and went completely above and beyond to help us out, and the mechanics had the fault fixed within two days which again surpassed our expectations as it wasn’t even a booked in job. I got brought to these fab folks when my vehicle got recovered. They were so kind and friendly and helpful. I don't live in the area, but they squeezed the extra work in so I could get home on the same day. Brilliant job, good prices and Simon was incredibly kind and great to deal with. I was recommended the garage through a friend following a puncture in my tyre. Grahams garage was very friendly I got served by Simon who was friendly prompt and managed to sort out my tyre within 20 minutes. I was called to inform what the issue was and a call to say when it was done. Fantastic service as I am hesitant in using garages due to horror stories you normally hear but Grahams was honest open and all round customer player. Much recommended.

I was on a road trip with a few friends in convoy when about 10 miles out of Aberystwyth, one of our convoy had engine trouble - After pulling over, restarting the cars it was my turn for trouble! Two hours of waiting for RAC patrol, within 10 minutes or so of phoning to chase up where my savior in the orange van was - I had a call from Tristan at Graham's motor services, another 10 minutes and he arrived. Very quickly he told me it was game over as far as my alternator was concerned - It was about 8pm on a Saturday and looked like the RAC would be springing for a taxi and a tow home. Chatting away, we'd told Tristan about our convoy and plans for the trip and he told us to sit tight while he made a few calls - After about an hour of exhausting his phone book, he'd found a couple options for fixing/ replacing my alternator - at 10pm on a Saturday night?! He towed us seemingly all over the surrounding area of Aberystwyth until we struck gold and about 4 hours after first meeting, he had us going again with a new alternator bearing and a spare alternator we'd sourced in the boot just in case. I'm still staggered at 10pm on a Saturday night he managed to find these parts and eternally grateful he persevered and got us going again. Tristan was full of banter, super helpful and a great laugh. Saved the trip - Just so you know, mate - We did climb Snowdon, got to Scafell and climbed that, then drove back the 7 hours and the car hasn't missed a beat! If you're ever in Dorset, I owe you a beer!

After travelling from South Wales we were just 30 mins from our destination in Aberystwyth when the front of my car started smoking and the smell was like a bonfire. A very kind farmer helped me and advised me what to do and we arrived at the holiday park. I then phoned grahams vehicle repair the following morning and explained the problem. The gentleman on the other end of the phone was so kind and calming he put my mind at ease straight away and knew immediately what the problem was and told me to fetch my car to the garage. Within 5 hours my car was repaired and back outside the caravan.i can't thank them enough the service was first class. They kept me informed every step of the way. I'd like to thank all at the garage for such a fantastic and prompt service. I was then able to enjoy the rest of my holiday. Well done to the team.

Excellent garage, I called while staying nearby when my car started leaking coolant. They managed to fit me in the same day, diagnosed and repair the issue. Fair pricing and friendly service. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I was recommended this fabulous garage by a trusted friend and was angry with myself for not ever finding it years ago! I honestly haven’t ever had such great customer service than I’ve had over the last couple of days. I took my old Suzuki Grand Vitara in for a full service, mot and new radiator. All the work needed was promptly completed and priced fairly. All the garage staff were so charming and friendly and that was a great sign that I had left my vehicle in good hands. I also had the pleasure of meeting and chatting the owner Graham. What a really smashing bloke he was too. Thanks so much for getting my car quickly done before the Christmas holidays. My previous garage has now I’m afraid lost a good customer to Grahams Autos.

Amazing service from Grahams Vehicle Repairs! We were stranded because of a puncture, the tow truck driver kept us updated as to his ETA even when he had to deal with unexpected delays. It was a bank holiday so all garages were closed, and when we got to the only garage which was meant to be open it was too late, it had closed, but the driver offered to take us to the Grahams garage to replace our tyre for us so we could make it home. And to top it all off, they didn’t charge for the tyre and fitting. Great guys, great service, highly recommended!

We broke down en route to our holiday destination while towing our caravan. The guy who came out to us (Barry) was fab. He sorted the car, and said he would follow us the majority of the route to our destination, to check all was well with the car. He did. But we took the wrong route and ended up having a somewhat hair raising journey, steep hills, sharp bends and single track roads. I think we gave the poor bloke a panic attack. He flagged us down at a junction and looked a bit perturbed LOL, and said he would drive us the rest of the way to make sure we got there in one piece! Which he did, and we were very grateful. But I won’t forget the look on his face 😂😂😂 Top bloke, and garage. 🙌🏻

Many thanks for the quick repair of my sons car. After he spent 6 hours last night waiting for another rescue company that failed to turn up, he was tired and stressed out by the experience. GVRS turned up on time, reassured him and explained the problem and solutions. He was offered the opportunity to use GVRS or a garage of his choice. Fortunately he chose the GVRS option. Merion was excellent and very helpful. 10/10 for service. Throughout the day communication has been excellent and we can't speak highly enough of the service.

I telephoned Grahams Vehicle repairs as my daughter who is a student in the town needed a new battery and I live nearly 70 miles away. The old battery was completely dead so she was unable to move the car. I spoke to Simon who quickly identified the car and battery required. He checked the stock and phoned me back with a price. The following day the battery was fitted without any problem and paid for over the phone. Everything was dealt with efficiently in a courteous manner and I can't thank the staff enough for sorting out the problem so quickly and putting my mind at ease. Ive been relying on Graham and his team to work on a number of vehicles I’ve owned over the past 5 years, and also to attend a couple of breakdowns I’ve been unfortunate to have. Most recently Graham was sent out through the RAC to recover a friends car from a ditch. All I can say is that the service I’ve recieved every time has been absolutely exemplary. All work is carried out to the highest of standards and at a very good price. Breakdowns have always been attended very promptly, usually much earlier than is predicted by the RAC/green flag. The way the garage is run and the services are provided are by far an excellent example of how all Garages should be run. The lads are a credit to the motor repairs industry and I cannot thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and they’ve got me out of a few sticky spots on the past (changing an alternator that decided to break on me at 3pm on a Friday when I had to drive to Scotland at 6am the next day was one example of this!). If your in the local area and need a trustworthy and reliable garage this is the place to go! Keep up the good work lads.

As with any older car, things go wrong so when you see that the dreaded warning light you prepare for the worse. I took my car in to see what was going on, the staff were wonderful and put me at ease instantly. It was clear that they were busy but that did not impact the service i received at all. Turns out the connections needed a clean which was done at no cost to myself. I was dropped back home and collected which made my life much easier. I don't have a bad word to say about my experience and I am happy to have found a reliable and trustworthy garage locally. Would recommend without a doubt. Thank you to all.

I wish there was an option to give more stars as a 5 star rating couldn't thank this garage enough for the way they treated me as a customer. Had problems with my car whilst away and had to be recovered through the green flag. Car was recovered by Graham's vehicle repairs for a diagnosis due to a rattle on the engine which turned out to be the timing belt that I had just had fitted a day before at another ISO registered garage, which I thought was reputable (obviously not.) The car is not very old and it had me worried that it may have caused damage to the engine. Graham's went above and beyond to help get me back on the road, they repaired the vehicle, reset the timing and provided me with a full diagnosis of the problem backed up with all the technical data sheets which they used when repairing the vehicle. I couldn't be happier the car now drives like a dream. Faith in humanity restored

We were told by the RAC our recovery driver would be with us by 2.00pm and right on the dot Chas turned up .. very helpful and explained to us what the problem was with our Range Rover.. after loading the vehicle onto his truck we set off and told us he was taking us to Welshpool where another driver would take over. On the way there we talked about what would need doing to our vehicle and possibly price range which put our minds at rest. We arrived at Welshpool and off loaded the vehicle then he asked around his contacts where we could get a replacement Turbo and what to look out for. His knowledge was invaluable and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone..

Had a lovely holiday in New Quay (West Wales) but weather not great, so decided to take the scenic route home through Devils Bridge. Typically in an area with no phone reception or 3g/4g we got a puncture and where stranded. My husband had to trek to the nearest place with a landline and called out the RAC (they sent Chas from Grahams Vehicle Repairs) who arrived and revealed that with the most limited of information, including just have a postcode and a note that we where by a cattle grid managed to find us within 2 hours. His cheery friendly and professional approach quickly put us at ease. Using common sense he managed to get us home very soon after and what could have been a disastrous end to our break away ended up being softened by Chas - Thank you very much :-)

At about 6.00pm on a January Saturday we broke down on the seafront with incoming tide and waves showering us with spray over the seawall! (It wasn't like that when we stopped there!) Phoned the RAC who told us we might have to wait 3 - 4 hours. About 15 minutes later Graham himself appeared in his Recovery Vehicle to help us . He was immediately reassuring, helpful, curteous, kind, and efficient, providing a service that all recovery services should aspire to... We cannot thank him enough for how he helped us in our hour of distress!

Can't recommend the guys at Grahams enough. They went totally above and beyond their duty to ensure myself, my husband, our three children and the dog were safe following a collision. Our little boy had fallen ill, we were transferring him from a local hospital to Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool when our collision happened - if it wasn't for how swiftly and efficiently grahams dealt with our insurance company, we'd have been stuck hundreds of miles from where we needed to be with a seriously ill little one.
