S.Contacted AA. Was expecting a 2 hour + wait due to it being newyears eve. 15 mins wait and assistance had arrived. 10/10 for the quick arrival and checks made. Fault had been been found and can soon be rectified. That was Very fast service! 😊❤️
J. O.I arrived in Aberystwyth having experienced persistent smells of diesel and a grimy back window on the journey from Buckinghamshire. I thought this would be beyond breakdown services and the car would end up being recovered, but Lynwood got me back on the road. I have never seen a roadside mechanic work so hard to get a car going again, plus he was super professional throughout. See photo of his inventive way to get some space under the car so he could work!

S. F.These guys are fantastic! My car was driven into and written off, they took care of everything and made it really stress free. Honestly made the entire episode a lot less of a problem than it could have been.
In addition to this, one of their mechanics noticed a friend had been stuck by the side of the road with his kids for hours so stopped and helped him with stuck wheel nut so he could get home. True gent and very kind of him to bother. Says a lot about the ethos of the business.

We had broken down on a busy a road on a blind bend and lynwood garage responded very quickly and got us out of a dangerous situation and got us back up and running in no time at all. A. M.We had an electrical problem back in Feb. The mechanic (James) came out to find us in a panic as we were in a motorhome with no rear lights, and just setting off on a trip. In a very professional manner he traced the fault, sorted it then tested everything to make sure it was ok. Cant fault the turn out time or the way he handled the job. Great service. Sorry it's taken so long for feedback.
B. S.We Broke down while in Wales on holiday on tuesday 21/08/18. I Phoned lynwood after finding them on a Google search. A very polite and friend lady answered and done her best to help us work out where we was. They sent a recovery truck in no time at all. Once back at their garage all the staff were friendly and kind to me my wife and our 6 year old. We was told they wouldn't be able to fix our car till Saturday. But once we explained we was on holiday and would need to drive home on the Friday morning they said they would get it done by the Thursday night for us.
On the Wednesday after noon we got the phone call saying our car was fixed and we could pick it up. We was over the moon. They saved our holiday. It goes to show not all hero's wear capes some wear overalls.

E. R.Our car broke down in Macynlleth, Wales after looking for property to buy, we called the AA, who said they would send a local garage to help. The garage was Lynwood. They were incredibly helpful as we needed to get back to Poole in Dorset and were upset as had my elderly Father with us. They sent a courtesy car rather than us waiting longer for a tow truck so we were able to get home due to work commitments. The mechanic who came was very understanding and helpful and arranged for our car to be towed back to our mechanic in Dorset the following day, all communications were spot on and we would highly recommend Lynwood garage for service and helpfulness. Because of everyone being so incredibly helpful this has encouraged us to move to Wales and we would certainly use Lynwood garage when we make the move!
D. S.Had an issue with my heat shield coming loose (turns out the clips were broken) when I was still 140 miles or so from home, so called my breakdown company. They sent someone from Lynwood as they were the closest garage available with it being a Sunday. He came out as soon as he could and sorted the problem in no time. Friendly, polite and professional!
