M. L.A very nice clean showroom, very nice cars on display, but then I'm a fan of the land rover brand.
Had my car serviced and they were also looking at a sensor issue. Kept me informed of progress as they had to refer to land rover for technical help. Car rebooked in as I needed to use car.
Very pleased with service although issue to be resolved at another visit. Friendly staff.

From start to finish, the service I received was exemplary and one of the best car purchase experiences I have had.
I live too far away to have viewed the car in person so Sannan sent a great video and the photo's on the website were enough for me to buy the car remotely.
It was delivered to my home address in a covered transporter and it was absolutely immaculate.
I can't recommend the Dealership highly enough and if you're lucky, you'll get to deal with Sannan who is highly professional, helpful, courteous and a credit to the company.

We first got in contact with Sannan via Carwow and arranged everything over the phone as we live in Somerset. Sannan kept us updated throughout the build, amd sent us photos of the car once it arrived at the dealers. When we arrived the car was at the front of the dealers shimmering at us in the morning sun. Sannan gave us a warm welcome, offered us hot drinks, gave us a socially distanced tour of the car and waved us off. Top job 👏

D.First class service, took the vehicle in for several items to be done, after being let down by Huw Lewis Garages, was promised that the jobs would be done properly and they have been, the work required included, Power Steering Pump, New Exhaust Front Pipe, Rear Anti Roll Bar Linkages, Door Actuator, and unexpected valet meaning that my car was cleaned inside and out for the first time in 10 years, imagine my surprise on seeing that.
Now having driving the vehicle to my work place some 30 miles from Aberystwyth I found that it performed more like a New Car than a vehicle that has done 139000 Miles.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, so much so that I will be going back to Shukers Land Rover in Aberystwyth for any additional service work, Mot etc, I am extremely happy and very grateful for the work completed, Labour wise the price was very fair and I feel that my money was well spent and would have no problem recommending Shuker Land Rover to anyone in the future, especially as I am such a fussy customer who has no hesitation in letting people know if I am disatisfied in any shape or form, well done and thank you for pleasing the most awkward and difficult customer on the planet.
