S. B.I as a new drive believed my hand brake wasnt working correctly, my car was booked in and after a short time I received a call letting me know there was no issue. I went to pick it up and the really helpful gentleman told me there was no cost as they didn't do anything ( I offered as they had checked ) and also suggested a budget saving way of sorting my wiper jet washer. As a female I worry I could get ripped off as know nothing about cars but it was totally opposite and I would highly recommend them to anyone and have my MOT booked with them soon.
K. I.I rang up and they got me in straight away. As soon as I arrived they checked over my car and sorted out the problems right away! They were very friendly and polite. The garage was well organised, clean and their is priority to help you out, not profit! Excellent service and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend these guys!
K. N.Called round garage at short notice with a problem adding fuel to my car they said leave it with them and they would look at it the next day.Called back the next door they had sorted the problem at a fair price. I will certainly be using BD motors again if I have a problem in the future.

J. D.I've been here as they're the garage used by the car sales company I bought my car from. They're quick to get you in and out and for the most part they've done a fine job with my odd problems. However one particular issue with an oil leak really just killed the whole experience. Three separate times I had to have them look into an oil leak, having told them the first time it was probably the cam seals (not just a random guess I had another mechanic look it over and tell me this). Well the first time they said nah it's just the rocker cover gasket don't worry about it, it's not too bad then the second time they actually went ahead and changed the crank seals, still not the cam seals.... And then third time's the charm they changed the cam seals. Like I said they are quick to get you in but it's there separate occasions where I was left without a car for traveling to work when it could have been just once, I suppose at least I got fresh crankshaft seals....
T. F.This is an absolutely brilliant garage, the service is quick, the prices are really good, and they deal with you in an absolutely brilliant way.
My car had an issue, I bought the component to effect the repairs myself and realised that I didn't have all the tools, so I took it to them and they were happy to do the work with the parts I'd gotten. Cracking service.

Warranty work carried on my" new to me" car purchased from Abbey Car Sales (another fine example of "customers come first" in Barrow) have been completed quickly and skilfully!!
Nothing is too much trouble and they have even delivered my car to my home to save on taxi fares.!!

N. B.No fuss van rental for reasonable money, van was getting a bit long in the tooth maybe but it worked fine and got the job done. The advantage is a deposit instead of the system others (Enterprise, Avis etc.) use that means if you haven't lived somewhere for a millenia on the electoral register you get dissed.
