Excellent service. Replaced my faulty EMU with a second hand one (that we had sourced) and diagnosed and repaired the wiring issue that caused the original EMU to fail. Lovely to deal with and worked round us. The first part we sourced could not be fitted and Mark was really helpful and accommodating.

Great garage, Mark's a really nice bloke, always friendly and professional and happy to offer unpaid advice, if needed (ie, can I bring my own parts, should I buy the pads and discs from ECP while they're half price?) Prices can't be matched and I've been so impressed that I've started taking the girlfriends car there now too. Highly recommended

Changed car to an Audi recently and this company specialises in Audi’s, Volkswagen’s etc. so they have been helpful with a variety of queries and after the recent service I’ve noticed a huge improvement in how smooth the car is to drive. The premises and working environment are neatly kept and organised. Mark is very easy to talk to and you can trust his advice. The parts that are ordered are always of good quality. I’ve now been a customer for 4 years, and will always recommend them to others.

Excellent garage couldnt recommend them enough. Had a horrible noise coming my S3, they fitted me in next day and found the problem straight away and at a fair price, so much so im getting the cambelt + water pump done next week and a future interim service from them. Really set the standard!

Excellent customer service. I always have bad luck with cars and Blackridge is my good luck. Helped me sort a recent problem with my fuel injectors that even Vauxhall did not diagnose or suggest could be the problem. Without their expertise I would have off the road plenty of times. The workmanship and service is outstanding. I have had my jaguar x type which had problems with the turbo. There was a good understanding of the problem and it was repaired quickly. Since then I have taken my mums Fiat punto which had the driver seat repaired as it would not move. Also my wife's Peugeot which had a fuel leak was repaired quickly and to a high standard. I would recommend this garage, the work they do and the service as it is of the highest standard.

Awesome Result!! I accepted Mark's advice to have my 1.9 TDi Passat engine remapped to make towing our caravan more manageable. The result is awesome! Everyday motoring has become a huge pleasure with loads more power and torque - from 130 to 165 BHP - and amazing economy, on every journey. One notable journey up the A1 to Yorkshire averaged 55 mpg at 60 - 70 mph. Previous to remapping this would have been only about 42 mpg! Thank you Mark - one very satisfied customer.

Good garage that could fit me in last minute . However, quoted me £40 ex VAT then actually charged £45 ex VAT with no actual valid reason.. so that was quite disappointing as previous trips were good I came back but not too sure about this garage now .. shame
