A. W.Great service. They quickly diagnosed a fault with my car causing it to go into limp mode all the time. They also carried out an MOT and fitted 2 new front tyres for me. Felt like I was in safe and honest hands. Lynne was exceptionally helpful and lovely.
Good, helpful and trustworthy garage. I highly recommend. My car will always go back there now.
K. C.I am fairly new to area and was recommended this garage. They've been exceptionally helpful a couple of times at short notice when no one else could help for days. Most recently, after a debacle done elsewhere, Lynn squeezed in an urgent appointment for me, and advised me step by step on what I needed to do to get things sorted with the other garage. I've been offered a comfy seat with a TV for my son to watch while we wait, and on another occasion a courtesy car was offered for the afternoon. Every staff member has been helpful and pleasant. I rarely leave reviews, but feel I ought to shout out about excellent service. I won't be using anywhere else now!

K. P.I live round the corner from this garage and wish I had found them sooner. After having many issues with a Mini cooper I become a regular at this garage in the last months. Lynne is always informative and tries to get the best deals and prices, she always calls and keeps you updated on the progress and will always try and fit you in when convenient. (Shes clearly the brains behind the operations) ;-) all jokes aside I won't go anywhere else, I know I'm always looked after here!

Excellent and trustworthy customer service is a rare commodity these days, but after recent work carried out, I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at ECC for auto needs. Lynne has been tireless and dedicated in her role in the front office and certainly has been supportive and able to coordinate, advise and guide.
