Used Tavistock Motors for my service and MOT for second year running and cannot fault the service received. Sharon was so helpful and friendly and kept me up to date throughout the day. Had a little problem with the heater fan that they also managed to fix for me on the day. Would definitely recommend.

A great, family run garage you can trust. As a first time user recently, I was delighted with the service and value for money from this garage. Right from the start, the way that the lady who answered the phone was so helpful, through to the service itself, the feedback that I was given and the very sensible price for the completed job I was very pleased. It is so much nicer than my Main dealer experience in the past who don't seem to care so much.

Very very happy! Droped my van off to these guys in the morning with a big water leak, I wouldn't have been able to drive it home and I would have been stuck. Very good customer service, very friendly, completed the work within a few hours so I picked it up and drive home the same day. Would have been run real trouble if they hadn't have helped me out. Drove away not feeling ripped off, very competitive price for the amount of work they needed to do. Would recommend these guys hands down for any work, I'll be returning for sure. Great garage had a problem with cylinder head on my van. Found a new engine for me and fitted the head onto my van is running sweet a week on now. Waived the fee for finding the problem to help me out. Would definitely recommend this garage.

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee orvis to Tavistock garage to be M.O.T. Now to say that I set this chap one hell of a challenge is beyond belief. The steering was out by a mile leaky gator leaking oil out of the rear axle front near side wheel bearings gone track rod wobble like a jelly. Now we’re talking about a truck that is twenty plus years old. Some of the parts and non existing. The manager of whom I got on very well with his lovely lady wife Helen and carmen. But undeterred the Maneger of whom I have for gotten his name. Sorry 😐. Phoned all the parts departments that he could and no luck. He phoned me the with this news to say that I was down harted But it was Matt the Mechanic who came to the rescue. He new some very nice people in Bedfordshire who only do Jeep’s so of to see this chap to have the parts that could not be sourced and he had. This chap also tightened up the steering system. New tires put on. Matt gose back to Bedford drove back to Tavistock motors M.O.T. Sorted. This I have to tell you was no mean feat. So I hope this helps you to make up your mind to use this family run service. They will bend ove backwards to help you. 😊

Great prices, super friendly staff, great service, ran me home while my car was being repaired. Couldn't ask for more out of a garage, will be going back!
