J. J.Mark was polite, professional and on time, neat and tidy in his appearance as was the vehicle he arrived in which in my view as the customer tells a story. Mark asked questions to seek relevant answers before he commenced work, thirty / forty minutes later the necessary work had been completed. Thank you Mark for making a 15 year old Mercedes feel young again .
