Marty was so helpful, friendly and efficient when fixing our car. He arrived promptly on Monday, after a call on a Saturday morning. He did a thorough check of the car and chatted through all the issues with me, plainly and clearly explaining what was wrong and what needed fixed. He did a full service and repaired all the issues in the same day. Top service, would definitely recommend. Thanks for sorting out us so quickly! We will definitely use One Stop Autos again.

This was a great value and very professional experience! My parking brake cable needed repaired. I booked a deposit which gave me a guaranteed booking to come and have a look at the car. He arrived, and when I came back less than an hour later he'd not only determined the exact cause of the problem, but he had already fixed it too. The best part being that the deposit came off of the price for parts and labour so it was very good value. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend one stop autos enough. Marty was friendly and helpful throughout. I got the wrong part and he still managed to get the window working . Suspension failed on my Mk6 Jetta, he came out and diagnosed the suspension along with a seized brake at the back. Suspension along with back discs and pads were all sorted in no time and didn't break the bank for the kind of job it was. Phenomenal expertise, professionalism and speed. After ringing several mobile mechanics late on a Monday night and each call going to voice mail I stumbled across One Stop Auto’s number. Rang Marty on the Monday due to having an issue with a breaking fault & my exhaust. Car was booked in for the first day i was off work on the Friday. 110% would definitely recommend brilliant service. Called Marty on Monday got booked in for Thursday and got the car back by Friday afternoon. He definitely knows what hes doing he found out the problem very instant and solved it. When i dropped the car to him on Thursday afternoon he called me at 6.30pm telling me in detail about the problem. Called One Stop Autos to a breakdown and they were very prompt in getting there - unfortunately the issue was more severe than a roadside fix but Marty went above and beyond checking and trying a lot of methods to get it started, yet only charged a call out fee. One stop Autos 🚘 Well what a Brilliant garage and service provided on the 16th July my Fiat punto broke down I phoned one stop Autos the mechanic Mark answered a very pleasant person to talk too we arranged to meet at the place my car 🚗 had broken it turned out the fan belt had shredded and the alternator had seized while I was there he phoned through and ordered the parts he said to me he couldn't do the repairs until Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week so I said not a problem at 4.00pm I received a phone call from Mark saying the repairs had been done I couldn't believe it he delivered my car to my home address I highly recommend One stop Autos 100 percent thank you 😀👍

Fast, very efficient and professional!!! I called Marty on Tuesday, we set up the meeting for Thursday and by 9.30am his work was done. I was really surprised by how quick and efficient Marty was. He was great with explaining everything, especially that this is my first car and I don’t know much about them anyway. He was also very pleasant and professional. I think that it is very important to mention, that he only serviced my car. What I mean, he did not find any 'faults', so I wasn’t cheated into buying new parts. I think it is important because I heard about people paying for things they didn’t really need. There is one more thing I should mention, the best part of Marty’s service was his adorable dog he arrived with 😊. Sweet, little bundle of joy that helps see Marty in very positive light. When I was looking for a mechanic, I went to google and I chose his company because of good reviews here and it was a great decision. I will recommend Marty to my friends and colleagues and I will definitely be back. HD
