Very efficient return of car at pick up and repair appears to be excellent. Shame it took so long to repair due to parts not arriving. That said inside of car was dirty and half drunk can of coke was left in the car by an employee. I was just glad I had car back after 2 months I didn't bother complaining.

Changes has been made after one week later the car collection, please read all comments... After 3 weeks of repairing, I had to collect my car, supposed to been finished...they called me and told me is finished... Having a quick look at damaged parts I've seen there are some "small" missed-bad fixed details . Mark was very helpful and polite, he took photos and admitted that there are still problems waiting to be fixed. So more time and fuel to be wasted, as I have to return next week to have the issues sorted out. The manner of the finished work was very unprofessional, as well: they fixed the scratches on the doors, but in the same time they scratched the plastic covers inside( pillars cover), and everything were dust dirty fingerprints, all over the doors a thick layer of dust, even under the bonnet the engine and everything was covered by dust. I shouldn't teach you guys how to do a quality work , but try to remember: small things are making the big difference... I prefer to have a job done slower, but I'm expecting quality work, not mess and missed details. Although I gave only two stars because of the above reasons, I have to say that they did a brilliant job fixing the collision damaged parts **** I have changed ** to **** after I vent back to the garage and I got satisfactory explanation regarding the car messy condition, and they have fixed the remaining issues.

I put the wrong fuel in my car and they had it away the same day. They were a week working on it, a simple job. To their credit, they kept me updated and when it was ready, they were kind enough to allow me come and collect it, and pay £30 for a ¼ tank of diesel they said the Insurance refused to cover. The absolute stink of fuel inside the car was vomit inducing but as the fuel pump is located under the back seat, I suppose some spillage was inevitable. All in all, I would use them again, 4 out of 5 stars. Thanks lads!

Quick and efficient service from Wrights Carryduff, friendly&helpful staff who made the whole process of getting my car back on the road as easy as possible. Appreciated the excellent customer service and updates on the progress of my car, staff took time to explain why&what they were doing. Courtesy car was great,clean&tidy. I have used Wright's previously in dundonald, so when my insurance company referred me to Wright's carryduff I thought there would be no issues. They took our car promptly and we got a courtesy car too with no issues. Initially the car was due for completion on the 20th of the month. We heard nothing up to that date to confirm otherwise. On the 20th I was told it was still on target (when I rang), until 6pm when I rang to see what was happening. I was then told it would be the next day at lunchtime. So, the following day I waited until around 2 and after hearing nothing I rang. To be informed it will now be the next day at lunch time. That's great, but if I hadn't of rang either day I would have been none the wiser. The following day I waited. I rang at 11 and was told it will be with me in an hour. 3 hours later no car... So I rang again and was told it will be another hour and a half. Eventually I got the car back. Now the car was repaired to a very good standard and I could not fault it. I understand they are very busy, but manage customers expectations and keep them informed at the earliest opportunity of issues!! 3 days hanging around waiting with no updates isn't great.
