Very professional service and installation. I was told the installation of the autowatch ghost would take 2hrs by Imran and sure enough I got a call bang on the 2hr mark. Was taken through the process of changing the PIN a few times due to me being a little slow, however Imran was very patient. Had my BMW M4 booked in. My first time at Advance Vehicle Security. First impressions....a clean and ample sized unit which inspires confidence. A professional and knowledgeable service displayed. These guys clearly know what they are doing and explain the process well rather than just churning out customers. Would highly recommended!

I tried this car audio retailer after reading some reviews on Google highlighting a good customer experience. I was sick and tired of calling into other shops that had ignorant and barely coherant staff with no clue of customer service. Had a slight hiccup finding the place, but when I did, and spoke to the member of staff there – I was sold. The chappy that served me came across as very friendly and there was a total absence of the “bad attitude” evident at other car audio firms in the area. I purchased a Kenwood MP3 / USB head unit and this was fitted to my 12 year old Mitsubishi in around 10 minutes with the minimum of fuss. I was setup and ready to go 30 minutes from arrival! The shop itself whilst small, had everything you would need for a “thumping” audio set up; there was head units, amps, boxes, speakers and assorted ICE gear. There were other cars in the bay that looked like they were getting the full treatment. All in all, I would highly recommend Bass Box Car Audio and cannot praise their customer service enough. Due to the current increase in car crime happening within Birmingham I knew I had to put some security on my car. Imran advised the best security for the type of vehicle you have and not selling you a typical kit. I have had different car without the 6 years and I won’t take my car anywhere else. Imran even matches the cables to the one he installs so if your Bonnet gets open the cables all look the same making it a neat installation. Highly recommend advance vehicle security. Keep up the good work :)

Before you decide to have any audio or security system installed you need to see this guy at advance vehicle security... I went there for a consultation which he talked me through what I needed for the instulation of my new double din head unit... He orderd everything that I needed which took the assle out of me doing it as I didn't have a clue what leads to order for steering Controls..dab Ariel and new facia which I needed. NOW for the instulation.. WOW this bloke was amazing everything was done to the highest standerds....he even sorted out the bad wiring that was installed previous to this by a cowboy company. I will deffenatly be going back for an alarm to be fitted... 5 out of 5
