I needed my car collecting from one garage and dropped off to another. Ady was able to come within the hour and kept me informed of how long he will be. Great price and customer service. Where to get started. i had a very busy schedule and i booked in with ADY a week in advance. He took all the details very swiftly and with ease it was a rather quick conversation and booking. which i found very much to my liking. On the day of the pickup, the worker Dan arrived early and was a very polite man got the car loaded up swiftly and to the destination in very good time! upon after having the vehicle looked at he was very eager to get the vehicle loaded back up in good time and also delivered the vehicle back to my address in good time also. my conclusion from my experience was fantastic. Overall i had a Quality service, on time and efficient. a polite worker dressed very clean and presented himself in a very professional manner. I will be using this company again when i need to move my other vehicle to a garage to have some work done and to top it off, the prices was really competitive so it was a no brainer choosing ADY for my journey. Shocked with how good Ady is. Came to us very fast got everything done. Not only this but reversed his van with the car through a tight alleyway and even got the car perfectly on the ramp. AMAZING SERVICE, Ady came on time and is one of the most professional recovery drivers in Birmingham. He is very polite and patient and is a very good driver, he managed to get the car to exactly where we wanted and got the job done despite it being very narrow garage, other recovery companies said its not possible but ady got it done. We forgot to get the guys name that came to our aid today, but he was Very helpful and made what could have been a stressful situation very smooth (considering all the nearby repair shops were pretty much closed). He said he’d be with us within an hour, but arrived within 15min! This was our first time having to call a Car Recover service; and after today- I think we have found our go-to people. Really friendly and professional, plus he left us with a shiny key ring with the company’s contact details! Would highly recommend :)

I am so grateful that found online Ady today when my van break down! He attended as promised on time, friendly service and great price for van recovery compared to some others who quoted me nearly twice higher price. He not only recovered my broken van, but took to their garage and after couple of hours my van was back on the road as new, so i can continue my work.
