Had a hard time getting ahold of someone to get parts for my car during the busy run up to Christmas but once we sorted that out Fraser was really professional and apologetic for the wait. They seem to really care and he is helping me source a part for my Saab that is hard to come by. Really appreciate the effort they're putting in, and we love to support family businesses. I know the Owners of this Professional Service. What makes the difference; that they are on the job, making their own hands dirty because they care about your car personally not just about their own business. Regardless what car you have they are the experts who you need to look after your cars. I have known them owner 13 years by now and never been let down by any of their highly trained engineers. They are servicing my Mercedes-Benzes and I tell you a secret: I have seen in their garage even Maserati to be looked after!!! I think that tells everything about their quality! We've been using Bagnall SAAB since Fraser was recommended to us in early 2019. Apart from service and MOT and other bits and pieces he has cured some faults, and this week he has fixed a wiring issue. Fraser always gives a full explanation of any work and happy to answer any questions. He and Ray are both very knowledgeable and genuine, lovely people - we can't recommend them highly enough.

I've been using Bagnall SAAB for a couple of years now to service my SAAB 9-5 and my wife's Insignia. It can be tough to find a trustworthy workshop who care about their customers and doing the job right, but these guys really do pull out all the stops when it comes to customer service and top quality work. My car always comes back from them feeling like a brand new motor. They're busy because they're very popular, so be prepared to book in advance. Highly recommended!

Cannot fault these guys here,travelled 5 hrs round trip to get fault to do with limited performance light, that no other saab dealer,or diagnostic, was able to sort out in fact they saved me buying a new instrument cluster,which I had been told was the problem but actually it wasnt it was a wiring problem honest genuine people wont go anywhere else absolutely faultless.worth the trip.

Yet again Fraser persevered with a problem and eventually cracked the Oil Pressure light problem on my 2.8 V6, These days - it's far to easy for garage businesses to take service work, and the easy jobs - but a far greater challenge to do some real problem solving, it's time consuming and takes real skills - Bagnall Saab have never shirked a problem, and always offered the correct solution. Expertise are hard to come by, and in particular at reasonable rates..... which they always are - I simply can not recommend Bagnall enough.

I happened upon these guys by chance while doing an online search for Saab specialists in the Birmingham area, so this is the 1st time I've used them. I can say with utter confidence it will not be the last. My 2006 Saab 9-3 TiD had serious issues with the inlet manifiold it was blowing out a tremendous amount of soot and black smoke and needed someone who knew what they were doing to get it running correctly. Not only did Ray and Fraser give me quite a bit of advice and information they never once pressured me into having the work done, the price of which in fairness exceeded the car's value, but as I didn't have access to £10-£15K for a new car had to be done regardless. A car was provided for me while they went to work on mine, they also got it MOT'd for me and kept me updated with how things were progressing. Excellent service which is why they are so busy, these guys know their Saabs inside out, I've been extremely pleased with mine and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Saab knowing that Ray and Fraser are there to look after the oily bits for me. If you have a Saab and you are looking for an honest garage that doesn't 'invent' work and really looks after it's customers its a no brainer as far as I'm concerned, these guys are the best.

Had to take a week off from my work due to a cold virus where i lost my voice for few days and my Saab being repaired in garage.. In sheer desperation,i took my car that had Fuse blowing instantly stopping car with no power and no turbo to 2 garages,one on recommendation. One garage charged me 80 pounds for 10 minute job for electrical fault that they 'resolved'and still blew that evening ,then proceeded to tell me i needed new reconditioned turbo at cost of 750pounds and pointed out i needed new rear wheel discs and pads for 250 = 1000 pounds . Other garage agreed that was recommended to me . I took my car to bagnall Saab who specialise in my Saab and said what utter nonsense and repaired the electrical fault that caused my turbo to malfunction for 66 pounds ..I am so elated There are so many rip off mechanics and garages so please tread carefully with those greedy cheaters.. I must thank bagnall Saab who are so honest,genuine and there to help you and advice and not rip you off .. They are just off Stratford road back end of Moseley and repair all makes of cars .. Amazing!!! Thanks to father and son who run this garage Ray and Frazier. I really was depressed thinking i may have to scrap the car or be left with a huge bill if i had gone to the cowboy charlatans.
