I had the pleasure of having my vehicle delivered back to my home address because I had locked my keys in the boot and 4 sets of locksmiths /recovery assistance couldn't unlock it. It needed a bigger loader and Dan was my night in shining armour! I had to leave the vehicle overnight in a car park but it was collected at 8am on the dot as booked, and carefully and professionally delivered by Dan. It's auto so the rear wheels are locked, and he got that heavy car on and off so carefully. Well done Dan. You are a credit to your employer!

I had a serious fuel leak on my Peugeot.Carl arrived within an hour of calling Green flag assessed the cause and offered a temporary repair or alternative transit home.(250miles) In cold wet weather he persevered to carry out the repair, albeit temporary. After my ignition locked up, I needed to be towed home from Birmingham to Stoke, so called Green Flag and they sent me a lovely Romanian guy from Beeches. It was probably the last thing he needed on a Friday afternoon, when the M6 is horrendous, but he was absolutely brilliant. Even reversed into my drive when we got to mine to make sure my car could be left out of my neighbours’ way. He was brilliant to chat to during the journey, and made a very frustrating situation so much easier to cope with. Thank you!

This company was used through my insurance to tow my car after a crash. Towed my car fine within a reasonable time, and the employee who did it was quite friendly, however I had a phone holder attached to the car which was stolen by one of the employees of this company. Slightly bizarre - like why would you steal a phone holder?! Wasn’t too fancy but around £25. I packed up what I thought was valuable before leaving the car. Nothing else was taken - left some sunglasses in there, a nice cushion, a mini bejewelled Ganesha ornament, some galaxy minstrels (surprised no one ate them tbh). Not very impressed but could’ve been worse I guess

Absolute fantastic service. They where sent by my insurance company to recover my vehicle from my drive way after it had been broken into and had the complete management system stolen so the vehicle couldn't be driven. Although in a very tricky position to recover, the recovery driver spent almost 2 hours to get my car onto the recovery truck, without damaging it. I forget his name but I will be ringing the company tomorrow to offer my thanks for an excellent, professional service. Highly recommended. Had Beeches recovery collect a non runner for me late notice however they managed to get me in same day and delivered to my door helped me push in to my garage the car had flat tyres and they even got that sorted . Following a vehicle breakdown on the busy approach to Wall island near the A5 Lichfield, Beeches attended within 20 minutes. Despite the best efforts of Joe the mechanic he was unable to get the car started but towed me to a safe location and arranged a recovery truck. The recovery arrived within 30 minutes and the driver Jarek recovered the vehicle to my home some 40 miles away. Both Joe and Jarek were brilliant, very professional and friendly and the attendance of both was very quick. A fantastic and efficient service and a credit to the company.

Brilliant service from mechanic 'Joe' yesterday. Arrived in less than an hour for a breakdown callout at home. He soon realised the displayed error message was no use and then spent time tracking down an intermittent electrical fault. Good, old fashioned diagnostic work. Worked back through wiring and eventually found a single loose connection. Sorted! Main agent would have connected to computer - Error message reads 'Transmission fault' - Big bill and probably still the fault? It was a pleasure to see Joe work. Great guy, great mechanic. I used Start Rescue last Saturday as my car's automatic gearbox started to leak ATF all over the place and was unsafe to drive. The car was stranded in Great Barr. They told me the call was being attended by your services. Your driver/technician – Nandi, I believe- arrived to transport the vehicle to be repaired in Derby. What a pleasant and courteous young man! He could not have been more efficient, helpful or considerate in these difficult times. I have used Beeches Recovery on numerous occasions over the past five or so years. They have never let me down once, whether it's coming out to me on the motorway after I ran out of fuel and recovering me to my preferred petrol station (Shell) or as occurred the other day assisting me in my hour of need by removing my centre lock wheel which had a tyre puncture (something the majority of garages refuse to touch due to not being familiar with the delicate procedure to remove them without causing any damage along with the specialist tools required to do so). Beeches bent over backwards and even arranged a replacement tyre to be fitted pretty much instantaneously, saving me hundreds of pounds as well as the time it would have taken to source a replacement tyre and a garage in my locality that were able to remove my wheel (failing that I would have been left with no option but to book my car into my local dealership which would have left my car immobile for a week along with a substantial bill). Thank you to everyone at Beeches Recovery, in particular Amar and Darren. Beeches Recovery - always going the extra mile.

These guys got me out of the brown and smelly yesterday after one recovery firm let us down they came all the way out to welshpool area to come get us. Brilliant experience for the first time dealing with Beeches. Although had to wait a while (during a busy New Year period) for someone to come out and look and recover my car, the 2 gentlemen who I encountered Dan & Gaz were nothing but professional, genuinely nice lads. Explained everything to do in terms which I understood and Gaz drove me and my Mum back to Birmingham while dropping my vehicle off at my local garage for repair. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company as breaking down is not a nice experience at all, but both men really did their most to make it feel ok.

I pre booked a recovery with flatbed for my car with a fixed time slot for this morning. Mechanic Chris Seager arrived very promptly and diagnosed the fault in minutes. In no time at all the car was loaded and we were on our way to the nearest dealer. He helped to explain that the fault was due to faulty workmanship which the dealer had to agree. My car had broke down unfortunately in a very busy spot and i had a phone call from paige who told me how long id be fortunately for me I managed to move my car and rang back up to change where need to be recovered from which they was more than happy to do recovery driver done all his checks but said i had leakage on my battery which when i took to garage they said was just grease and it wasnt acid or anything on battery as the battery in my car was calcium which is the only downfall of not giving them 5 starts other than that they was very helpful

Beeches Recovery responded to my request for an emergency start to Driver Guardian, my breakdown service provider. The driver was extremely friendly and courteous. He reported that the battery was in good condition, but it had dropped to 11 volts. This was not sufficient to crank my 2L diesel engine. Connecting his emergency booster starter battery, the engine fired first time. A simple job for him, but nevertheless a service performed very professionally.

I am insured with Swiftcover and on breaking down I got picked up by a driver called Gil who then met up with another truck which took me and my car home some 140 miles away from where I broke down. While taking my elderly Great Aunt home we stopped off in Birmingham and after an overnight stay tried to head off to complete the journey. Unfortunately when we got in the car I discovered we had a flat tyre. After calling my insurance company breakdown number for help with changing the wheel after a relatively short wait Gabriel from Beeches Recovery arrived and within a few minutes he had changed the wheel for me and we were on our way (To the nearest Kwik Fit then onwards to take my Great Aunt home) Gabriel was a delight, very friendly and efficient and explained things clearly as he was doing the change. More importantly he didn't make me feel like a fool for not being able to change the wheel myself. He also checked the tyre on the one that was removed and couldn't find a reason for the flat. I went straight to the nearest Kwik Fit and they diagnosed that it was the valve and not the tyre itself that was damaged. Thank you Beeches Recovery and Gabriel especially for an excellent service, if I ever breakdown in Birmingham again I know who to call.

When I broke down Friday 21st September. I was in quite a dangerous position I had broke down in the middle of a slip road. The police attended and pushed me to the grass verge. These guys knew I was in trouble and within 20 mins were there Carl asked if I was ok and tried to sort the issue however it couldn't be sorted on the side of the road. Carl then got it started and jumped around the island to get my car in a safe position to be recovered he was really lovely assured me it wouldn't be long before the break down truck arrived. Shaun arrived a little while longer and was quick to ask me to sit in the cab because it was cold and I had no coat he hoisted the car onto the truck and got me to the garage fairly quickly in the chaotic Friday traffic these guys were amazing and I was on a lone female couldn't have felt safer recommend these guys they were ace thank you so much x

On Monday the 1st of May I contacted my breakdown service provider to inform them I had lost 5th gear on my Motorhome. They contacted yourselves to give me assistance and your man Casaba duly arrived I was at The National Kit Car Show at Stoneleigh and he duly set about inspecting my vehicle but said unfortunately it needed a gearbox repair and he would contact his base to ask them to send a recovery truck. The truck arrived driven by Nas he loaded up my motorhome which was a little bit harder than normal with it being 7.4 metres long with a large overhang but this he did successfully strapped the wheels down and said goodbye because I was driving home in my Spartan Roadster. The reason I write is to complement both Casa and Nas for the way they treated me and my vehicle. If you give Stars to your employees to encourage them. Please give these two guys a very Big one.
