Very professional and genuine people running this garage which is unfortunately rare these days! Very happy with service and will definitely be returning if I experience any car issues. Had full car service and returned 2 days later when issues were identified to get them fixed. They showed me the issue and gave me the option of having it done with them or going somewhere else. Professional and genuine! Definitely a hidden gem! Cannot thank them enough!

Really good, I was very pleased with the service. I'd been let down by TrustFord earlier in day, and this was my only opportunity to get my MOT done before it ran out. These guys did it that afternoon with a really competitive price. I'd also add they seemed really busy so I imagine their reputation proceeds them!

I saw a car for sale in Birmingham which I wished to purchase but car had limited history and receipts. As it was a high mileage car I wanted the cambelt to be changed before I set off home with the car (over 100 miles). As I am not local I had no idea which garage to use but ultimately booked based on who was available to do the work at short notice + Google reviews. I had already ordered the parts for the job so was also looking for garages that work with customer supplied parts. Can honestly say I have never been treated with as much respect and with such honesty from mechanics before. Generally they can come across condescending due to a layman's lak of knowledge and despite there being an issue with the cambelt kit which I supplied, they called me in to show me the issue and let me decide how to proceed. Despite the defective part causing a delay of over an hour, I wasn't charged a penny more than the quoted price despite me offering to pay for the time. (my fault as defect was with part I supplied)

This is an absolutely class garage. They've done two services+MOTs, a coil spring replacement and pads+discs for me in the last couple of years. My most recent service+MOT was today. I booked last night, they picked up my car this morning, finished the necessary work and delivered it back to me before 6pm. They even cleaned it before dropping it back. They're always polite, friendly and helpful and their prices are all pretty much unbeatable.

Fantastic experience with these guys. Was recommended by a friend and was not disappointed! All the guys are very friendly and obviously hugely passionate about what they do. My alternator replacement was done same day at a reasonable cost. Would definately reccomend!

Used these guys for the first time, I must say I am impressed. I needed a Full service for a car, booking my car was super easy. I called the day before the booking, the manger made me aware they have got alot of cars booked in as it was the weekend but will pick up the car in the morning and will be done by the late evening. They came to pick up the car on time, staff and the manager himself was friendly and approachable. Got a call during the day to say the car was now done and will be dropped off soon, made me aware of other things that needed doing. Despite alot of bookings on the day, everything was done in a timely manner. will use these guys again in the future. Pros - Car and engine bay jet washed after the service as complimentary. knowledgeable staff. Walkaround the car with the mechanic was very useful Cons - None

I sent my car in for an MOT and full service. Whilst they were performing the MOT the garage sent a video via Whatsapp demonstrating the work that needed doing. I found them to be communicative and helpful throughout the day, and the cost of the extra work which was needed was very reasonable - I would definitely use this garage again.

I read good reviews about this place and also decided to take my car in for an mot as it was less than a 5 minute walk from where I live. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the job they did! They called me as soon as the mot was finished and gave me details of what needed to be fixed. I asked whether my car would be ready the same day as I had a job interview the next day. The guy on the phone assured me that they'd get it done that day so that I could attend my job interview. I'm pleased with the work that was done. I was presented with a detailed receipt and I even received an apology (for inconvenience) which certainly wasn't necessary but very much appreciated. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back again as I need to get a few more things sorted on my car

Happy with the work. Would definitely recommend. Reasons for not full stars is that, sometimes (as mentioned in other reviews) where a phone call could have been made (to the customer) there was none. Obviously the customer can call to make an enquiry themselves on progess etc. Don't be out off though. The last person who handled my call l to check on progress for instance was great! The work done was great! Got me a small extra part i needed, free of charge. Probably should be at least 3.5 - 4 stars, just the little things. Give them a shot.

A garage with professional and decent people working. I went twice to service my car and the both the times, the services were immaculate with reasonable charges. For parts replacement, they ordered online right in my presence and got it for the actual online market rate. One good thing that I observed was for every services that were completed, the head-mechanic (not sure if the term is correct) verifies the work apparently to see whether it is as per the service standard. And you will certainly not feel ripped off in this garage.
