It was the first time I used city fleet care, they were very kind and informative. They were able to explain the issue with my car and fix it on the same day, they also gave my car clean. They also offered a quick check up in a weeks time to ensure there are no other issues. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends and use their services in the future.

I had a vehicle service on 25 May 2022 and the service was excellent, I was kept informed every step of the way. When I went back to collect the vehicle I was told in depth what had been done, why it had been done and what needed to be done. I was also provided with a contact number of the helpline that was required outside their establishment for further manufacturing work. I have been using City Fleet Care for the last 7 or 8 years, and I cannot see myself going anywhere else for my MOT's, services or car issues. The service provided is amazing, I have used the vehicle collection service they offer every year and they have always dropped back my cars back well within the times I need. The staff are not only polite, friendly and professional but they always seem to go above and beyond, nice little air freshers and giving my car it's annual wash!! Fantastic service. I booked a service for collection. The driver arrived at my location at 9am to collect the car. Showed me the order request and off he went. Received a call later in the morning informing me of the details required (oil change, pollen filters etc) and how much it would cost. By 11.30am the car was delivered back to me! Definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable service.

Thank you. Replacement clutch and DMF on my E90 318i is great. Service was great I struggle to talk on phone but this was not a problem. They fitted me in (others would have sent me away as I requested DMF to be changed too on the day), the cost - very good and they cleaned/hoovered my car. Work completed in under 8 hours including an MOT. Car driving much better now.

Many that for repairing my BMW :) City Fleet Care also washed my car and vacuumed inside ;also giving a free air freshener Car looks new…  Must say that it’s these small extras that leave a lasting impression I had a cheaper quote elsewheres but they would not have delivered the Wow factor you get with City Fleet. Full service completed with a tick list of all that had been checked. Collected and dropped my car back to me. It had been valeted and cleaned outside when it came back. Communication was briiliant. They called the day before collection to give a time slot when it would be picked up (was within this time frame) and callex to say when ready and time slot for dropping off. Well impressed!

I've been having various of my cars serviced by City Fleet Care since they were the preferred service agent for my former employer. I've stayed dealing with them since. This week they have absolutely excelled themselves. My car suddenly started making a horrible blowing noise that was clearly turbo related. I was able to take it in on the day I phoned when they diagnosed the problem and replaced the obviously blowing hose. They then found another, more covert, blowing hose (two at once!) and ordered the part. I had it booked in for tomorrow, but as I was free today I phoned, got a time, took it in and it was ready in 30 minutes. Polite, efficient, effective, competent. You can't ask for much more.

We were in market for a BMW 5 series and found one here. It was a 14 plate Luxury. As we were travelling over 2 hours each way we asked the seller to let us know if any damage or anything we should know. He mentioned that there was no marks on the car and just 1 alloy was kerbed. Upon arrival it was as described. We bought the car and then was told he had not been provided with the 2nd key by previous owner (company) and he would send this out. When we got home we inspected the car and found the wheel locking nut was missing, contacted the seller who agreed to pay the invoice if we obtained a replacement from BMW. Couple weeks later we provided the invoice and he paid! We then received the 2nd key in the post. Excellent communication, excellent service, this is how you should sell cars.
