After no luck at having a dash cam fitted at a well known motoring franchise, I looked about and found CN Birmingham who were brilliant throughout the process. I previously had a dash cam fitted by a team of two technicians who apparently fit dash cams for dealerships. However, after two battery replacements, I decided to look more closely at the wiring setup. That is when I called Sam. Within 30 minutes of contacting him, he was at my door. He immediately identified and solved the problem and now I hopefully won't have to pray my battery is ok every time I approach my car! After he solved the problem, there was another issue with the fuses that cropped up, however Sam was back again the following morning and again he seemed to have solved the issue. I can tell that Sam takes real pride in his work and he does care about the quality of what he produces. He also cares what you, the customer, thinks of his work. That is always good to see and that is what you want to see as a customer, I know I do! Just goes to show that teams of fancy fitters that you have to travel for may not always live up to their glitz, but a salt-of the-earth sole trader like Sam can evidently do the job better. I would use this service again and I recommend it, I regret not using Sam in the first instance.

Fabulous personal service today from Sam of CN Birmingham, who supplied and fitted front and rear Next Base 322 series cameras to my car. I had been thinking of going to get them fitted by a National retailer and after looking around on google found someone who would come to me. Sam arrived on time, 30 minutes after my call. His attention to detail and neatness was superb and his customer care was excellent.

Rang Sam, got a fitting underway within the hour. He let me watch the entire process which involved removing an incompatible wiring harness for a different dashcam, and then fitting front and rear harness for my new dashcams. His work is clean and tidy, and he overcame some bodge in the fusebox made by the previous installer. Everything explained and demonstrated. He also offers sound advice on choice of dashcam and installation options. Would recommend him without hesitation.

Overall a good service. Home visit booked on the same day. Front and rear camera fitted. Installation went smoothly (although seemed a bit rushed). Fitter is a very knowledgeable, tidy and punctual person. His not only overcome the installations obstacles but also knew where the fuse box is located in the new Corolla (Halford's technician and Toyota service were both wrong about it). Wires are hidden nicely and the cameras are barely visible. Would recommend this service to anyone looking for dash cam installation!!! Thank you again!

Had a nextbase dashcam installed on a Q7. Quick, efficient and fast service considering it was hardwired and must say the cheapest I found in the Midlands who also comes to you. Works just as the technician said it would after a thorough tutorial and even set it up for me! Definitely recommended 👍

I had my car cam installed the other day and the fitter was polite and timely. He helped with installing it as I didn't have a connecting wire (that would need hardwiring). Pricing was adequate (he added extra for the hardwire). He didn't take long to install at all! And installation was completed within half an hour. Highly recommend!

Bought a 2018 used car from a main dealer and got them to take the hardwired dashcam out of the car I traded in, then I googled a fitter near me - and with such brilliant reviews I felt I didn't need to go anywhere else! I completed the query form on the website and Sam got back to me within minutes and when I explained I didn't know the area of Birmingham he was based in, he said it was absolutely not a problem and he could come to me and fit the dashcam on my drive! He arrived within the agreed timeslot, then worked really diligently, despite the fact that Fiat had done their usual favourite trick of hiding the fuse box. He was efficient and polite, knew his way around the car and had the camera installed like lightning! He made it abundantly clear he wanted me 100% happy with where the camera was placed, that I was happy he had left the car tidy and I understood certain features of the dashcam. I couldn't recommend him any higher if I tried!

Contacted Sam late afternoon on a Saturday enquiring about installing Nextbase front and rear dash cam on 2 Mercedes cars.
