I had a nasty scratch on my front bumper, caused by someone who couldn't pull out of a parking bay properly. Unfortunately I only found out about the scratch after I had returned from watching a movie and was gutted. As you'd expect in today's age, no details left and their parting gift was the nice new scratch. I always like to do my research, so did a search for reputable scratch repairs and came across Dent Tech. I was provided and reasonable quote and got booked in with Jag. The day arrived and Jag notified me when he was on his way. Jag was super friendly and got to work in the freezing cold (tea supplied). After a couple of hours, Jag knocked to say he was done and I honestly couldn't believe the finish. I expected quality work, but I just couldn't get over how clean the work was! Looking at my car, you would never ever know it had been scratched. I'm incredibly happy with the work, as it's like a brand new bumper and hopefully I'll never have to contact him again. However, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Jag again, when the inevitable does happen. I would and will be recommending Dent Tech for any paint repair! Thank you Jag.

Fantastic job. Jag saw the damage on my wife's car bumper, gave me a quote and few days later he start the job. He said it took him longer because the bumper had hidden cracks under the cracked paint and because the bumper had already been previously repaired (see pictures). Even so, Jag fixed and repainted the whole area and the paint is a perfect match and this for the same price. Very happy with Jag and his work.

Not enough stars. Everyone needs that someone who they can trust when it comes to our cars. Well jag and the guys at dent tech are on another level. Super quality of work and amazing customer service. Honest and trustworthy. From start to finish it was done with great professionalism. My car had multiple panel damage. Had a dent to be repaired and was previously advised that area would be very difficult for PDR and possibly repaint would be the best option. Jag managed to do a good job without having to paint again, does not look as new but apart from me (who knew where dent was) I doubt that people can even see it. Price was a touch higher than I expected but still happy to comeback if needed. Recommend.

I have used denttech previously for a small dent on the front near side door of my wife's car so I had no hesitation in using Denttech for a larger scrape on the back bumper. I wish I could give more start than 5 star I had to get my car bumper repaired literally at the last minute before handing my lease car back.. My insurance company wanted to write off my car although no one came to look at the crash damage. Their decision was based on photographs. Jag is a great guy, always happy to help and does a fabulous job. He has just restored my Evoque after a recent minor bump, looking like new again. Previously he's worked on my Q5 taking out supermarket dents and scrapes and generally get the vehicle ready for end of lease return. Can't recommend him enough.

If I was just rating the dent/scratch repair and paintwork I would have to give 5 stars, although as it is February I haven't been able to inspect the work in bright sunlight yet. This was not the lowest estimate, but I had reservations about using two of the other businesses. The estimate did not mention VAT, as a non-business customer it is normal for VAT to be included or specified. When I delivered my car at the requested time it didn't feel like I was expected. I was sent a text message when the work was started, and when completed, before valletting. I was kept waiting 20 minutes in the rain when I arrived at the requested time to collect the car, although Jag had phone me just as I arrived. He had to wait for the valleting to be done, no reason why that had to be so last-minute. Jag told me he had done extra work in the door opening without charge. I felt it was odd he had not sent me a text to notify me. The damage had been a low speed scrape against a brick wall. I'm dubious that it was possible for there to have been any damage inside the car.

I just had my car back today, a new car I brought this year that I had unfortunately damaged. I was very surprised that it looked brand new as if the damaged had not happened. I had to do a double take from the shock and assess each groove. Originally the drivers side door and the whole car sill on the right side was damaged that made me doubtful it could be fixed to perfection. They did however fix it to look brand new like an artform. They included parts, paint and labour in their quote which was a good fair quote for the professional level of work they do. It is worth going to a professional rather than going elsewhere for a cheaper price. Professional jobs mean a perfect worry-free job done for just for a bit extra in price. I wish i could include pictures on this review but not sure how to attach the before and after. Stick to Denttech folks I am satisfied and very happy. Also brilliant body work! Thanks Denttech :)

I recently had the passenger side door on my silver 13 plate Mercedes resprayed. I am aware that silver is a hard colour to match and i had resigned myself to the fact that the respray will not be as good as the original factory finish. My car was scratched by someone pushing a shopping cart (or carts) at a local Tesco! The scratches looked horrible on my near new car! I searched online and found 'denttech', and seeing the amazing reviews, I called up and talked to Jag. From there on, till having the scratches removed and getting the car back with not even a tell-tale sign of the incident, was the most stress free and convenient experience. The body work was done right outside my residence, over a few short hours. The cost, from what I have enquired, is a fraction of what it would have been if I had taken it into a bodyshop; I did not have the inconvenience of being left without my car either! The quality of work is amazing too!! Why would anyone ever choose to take their vehicle into a body shop...?? From what Jag has told me though, he does have a workshop where he can do jobs that cannot be done at your residence.
