Popped into Halfords to Regas my Aircon system in my car. My car (Seat Leon) is five years old and the system has never been checked. The team booked my vehicle in for a same day service, despite not having a booking. My car was ready for 1pm. Totally fantastic service, I’ll be back!

Not a bad garage...car failed on emissions but with good advice from mechanic about adding cataclean to petrol it passed re-test. Only small issue very busy and slightly disorganised but that was due to system going down over weekend.

Booked in for a wheel alignment/balance, had planned to grab breakfast whilst waiting at a local cafe but unfortunately it was shut. So ended up standing outside and waiting around really, the staff member had noticed this and made a point to give us regular updates on its progress and was very helpful. Excellent service!

Used Halfords for my MOT. Very friendly staff on the front desk. Vehicle was ready to collect around an hour after drop off with no unnecessary repairs or problems. They text and called me as soon as it was ready for collection. Great service, reasonable price at £27 with discount, will be using next year.

I had my car in for a MOT unfortunately the machine to test diesel had broken so I had to rearrange for another day the gentleman was very friendly and couldn't of apologize more but I understand it happens as to no fault of theirs even though I lost wages as I had to leave work to get my car MOT done I was more thankful that I got an early date.

Last Monday in pouring rain my windscreen wipers stopped working. We took advantage of a break in the rain and made it to Halfords on the Radley’s island. What a team, they went above and beyond the call of duty which was greatly appreciated. I had been taking my 91 year old Mother to Heartlands hospital for a prearranged long awaited appointment which we missed unfortunately, however we were so lucky to have this problem so near this very helpful Autocentre. A big thank you to all the guys.

Excellent customer service. After dropping off a relative at Bham airport my windscreen wiper pinged off so I looked for the nearest place that could help. I pulled into the Halfords Autocentre once it opened and the american guy at the counter said they were fully booked . However, he said he would do what he could. He then found a replacement blade (smaller than the correct one, but the only one they had in stock) and fitted it straight away in order to get me back on the road, and gave me directions to the nearest Halfords store that would fit the correct size for me. And all out of goodwill! Top marks. Rare to customer service like that.

Great service. Gentleman at the front desk was professional. Great service from the manager. Mot standards are a minimum requirement that don't require removing of any parts of a vehicle. People often think that an Mot pass means there vehicle is in top shape. This is not the case. It just means the vehicle has met the minimum requirement to be road worthy. Items like brake cylinders are not seen on an mot as they are protected by other components. This is where a SERVICE comes in. Overall great service from this branch. Will definitely be using them again.

booked the car in for an MOT online and got a good price, quick and easy. On the day the team on site were friendly and took Covid seriously, I love my car so always want to watch the MOT this wasnt an issue and the tester told me exactly what he was doing (at a distance). Car touch points were wiped down, extra bonus it passed with no recommendations.

HI, they did a prompt job no complains. but when MOT fails and something needs fixing, they charge you more than Market value for a the product to change it. You have no choice but to go for it as your car MOT is in a failed state and you are not allowed to drive out. This i believe is unfair. They must offer fair pricing for replacing a tyre or anything that has been the cause for a FAIL. Otherwise all good. Thanks Sandhya

My car has now done nearly 200k miles. Its still going string and I rely on Halfords to keep me safely on the road. As I've had all the work recommended done, I am all fingers crossed that the MOT will be cost free this year... find out next week...

From the team at reception i had a great service, from the Halfords stock team poor as they did not stock my tyres 225-45-19 which i found out during my MOT 2 needed to be replaced and i would have to wait from the Saturday @ 9:30 am until late Monday for the retest and fitting. i managed to get tyres fitted at another tyre company (NT) the same morning and had the car retested and passed.

Considering I booked my car in for its MOT with little notice online I was surprised to find so many slots available – maybe it was because it was a weekday. Anyway, even though it failed initially through emissions, a hard high revs drive the following morning sorted that out and the car passed once they rechecked it. The staff were great, informative, efficient and professional, advising me of a solution (the right one) as well as staying customer focussed by pointing out that the advisories were just that, advisories but use my common sense as I know the car better than anyone and get repairs done when they need doing and drive safely. I have no problems recommending this Sheldon Autocentre and if you’re local and have car problems I don’t think you’ll find many better in the area. 4/5 stars.

Always a good experience here,only essential work is carried out, but they will advise you of things that might need repairing in the future. Pricing is good and quality parts used. My only issue is the office staff change so often - just as i get to know a face, they leave after a 6 months and someone else is in their position? Maybe they are transferred around the company.

Great service from Chris and the boys down there. The only thing i would question was the price of the wiper blades that were required to pass the MOT. They were £13 dearer than buying in a Halfords shop !!!! That made the wipers considerably more expensive than the Mot

Went to visit family up north and on the way back developed an issue with the car. Drove in to Halfords and the manager Sean was really lovely and helpful. It turned out that the tyres needed balancing which they did for me on the spot and for good measure he also checked the rest of the car over to make sure it was fit for my journey back to London. Oh and he made us a lovely hot chocolate lol very happy with the service

Just want to thank the guys for there professional work and flexibility. Rang me to say MOT had failed due to headlamp washer inop, managed to fix and get it working. So I went back there and they managed to fit it back in for a retest and it passed. Thank you for fitting me at short notice.
