I, like a lot of women, feel uncomfortable going to a garage to get the car fixed. However, due to unforeseen circumstances I needed assistance. I was unfamiliar with the area, so I googled the nearest garage and contacted them. There was no need to worry. The customer service was very good. Polite and re assuring. The mechanics were also polite and respectful. They sorted the problem straight away. The garage is well organised, methodological and clean. This will certainly be my go to garage when I require any work on the car. I would highly recommend this garage to women who need to take the car to a garage themselves. Please consider them.

I had my car booked in for a service else where Saturday morning, that garage guy never turned up to work on time and had a queue of cars outside waiting which immediately put me off. My mom recommended where she goes, she called them and I was able to drive down at that time and get it serviced which I wasn’t expecting as it was really short notice. On arrival the guys where very welcoming sensed a good vibe instantly. They re-assured me it wouldn’t take too long which it did not, my phone battery was on red and it lasted the duration so you get an idea. They couldn’t believe I have had my car serviced every 12months without fail due to the state of my oil and filter which shocked me! They showed me the oil and blocked filter. My car now is smooth like it’s never been before I even noticed while in the drive through last night how quiet my car was. They done a great job at a great price. Will definitely recommend and return for future car issues!

Excellent service! Naveed got the parts the next day and it was a no quibble M.O.T and service. Would highly recommend him especially if you are working in and around Heartlands as they will pick and drop your car too.

They are amazing. I have had my brake pads done aswell as other several things which wud have actually cost me £1200 but over here £450. They did everything within several hours and ontop which was a bonus they cleaned/washed my car and honestly they did better job than the previous car wash places that i have visited. Would highly recommend Heartlands. After moving over to the West Midlands I didn't know of any reputable local garages so happy I found Heartlands. I was always kept well informed and had my car collected and dropped off by a very friendly employee. Mot and service were done to a good standard and when I needed extra work done I was kept informed and gave a good price so I accepted. Brought a car from a Garage in Leicester, as I’m a stress head I wanted my car serviced and checked. I was quoted over £200 from one garage just for the service! Heartlands quoted £140 and a possible extra £35 if specialist oil was needed. Took the car on the morning, the car got a full service, whilst it was there I had a phone call to say the Rear coil springs were damaged and 1 had been installed incorrectly. The guys gave a fantastic price so also had new coil springs fitted as well. My car was ready a couple of hours later, I was shown the defective parts and issued with a receipt with the works carried out. I was given peace of mind regarding the car which to me Is priceless, would highly recommend them for cost and professionalism. Thank you Heartlands Garage

My first visit was to get my MOT done for the first time with them when I started living in Birmingham. Having googled around for a good garage I settled on Heartlands Auto Centre because of the good reviews. So I took my chance with them and my first MOT passed first time. They said they are a few recommendations to look out for in the future but for now everything was very acceptable to pass. After 7 months later, had an issue with a knocking sound on my left front suspension which was causing the errors for ABS + others to show so went back to them. On diagnosis it was a CV boot issue but on the day of fixing they found out it was a bigger issue and recommended the drive shaft and CV joint be replaced. It was ALL sorted for a very reasonable price. I have no complains at all. Will go back for my next MOT there guaranteed. Keep up the good work guys.

A one-stop shop for cars equipped with a very professional and highly skilled team. I use this place whenever my car needs some technical care. Nav, Sohail, Paul and others are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers to keep them happy and leave the place satisfied. I take my BMW 1series for servicing and the job is always top notch. Recently my car had an ABS fault and the front windshield washer wasn't working due to the formation of gunk and gel in washer reservoir. Both the jobs required quite an amount of elbow grease to apply. The team completed both the jobs on time and fixed it to my expectations. The USP of this place is the price points and a highly skilled team coupled with a "can-do" attitude. In the current new normal this place is safe and reliable. Overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone who want their vehicle to be attended by a reliable and skilled team.

I had a timing belt kit (including Waterpump) and an Automatic gearbox service which they performed in the stated time (5-6 hours). There was good communication and they even washed the car afterwards! I'm only disappointed about the 2 customers at a time in the main reception (NO WAITING ROOM) available and also NO curtesy car available so I had to provide my own accommodation during repairs! Other than this I'm really happy with the service provided and I would definitely recommend them to others !!!

Fantastic service, really lovely, friendly and helpful. I got my car serviced but I also had a few problems with my car with the brakes wearing out and fan belt making a horrible rattle noise, the guys here have sorted it swiftly and now my car is driving perfectly Almost like it’s brand new. I honestly would recommend using heartlands auto centre as they make you feel at ease and especially being a female where you can feel really intimidated and also be vulnerable to getting rripped off I felt I received an honest service and advice, and I would certainly go back or recommend them to my family and friends. Great service. My clutch went very suddenly meaning an urgent need to get it repaired for work purposes. Within 10 minutes of my initial call, i had a reply with a very reasonable price, and within the hour a tow truck had collected my car as agreed. Car was done as requested well within the requested timescale, and i even had a courtesy call a few hours later from Tee (not sure of the spelling) asking if everything was OK. I booked my car in for a full service and mot. Dropped the car off at 9am and it was ready by 12pm. Passed its MOT with a few advisorys which I asked how much it would cost to fix the advisorys and they was very honest and said the is no need etc and heres a cheaper option. The 1 advisory that would need replacing in a few months they was also honest about and gave me a fair price but said it dont need doing now. This is the first time I've ever used this garage and the efficiency and honesty of them putting customers before profits definitely shows. I will be using this garage again! And would advice anyone looking for a garage to give them a go. You wont be disappointed.

Impeccable service from start to finish. I booked in for an MOT, which was completed quickly & efficiently. Unfortunately my car didn't pass (I had somewhat suspected I had been driving a death trap) but they showed me exactly what needed to be fixed and managed to sort everything that very day. The cost was extremely reasonable for all the work done, which included a new tyre, welding, new brake light, number plate and a variety of other issues. Can't express the lengths they went to to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. All the people I met were friendly, professional & extremely efficient. They also kept me well supplied with tea & coffee & even offered me lunch! 10/10. I have already recommended to everyone I know & will definitely be going back myself if I ever have any problems!

Wonderful experience at Hearlands Autocentre. Needed my brake light changing, rang up and was told to come in and they would sort it for me. Was very impressed as the previous garage I had called (Ritz garage) had told me that they were too busy and was charging £15 which I thought was quite expensive considering it was only the bulb on the drivers side that needed changing. I arrived at heartlands and spoke with the gentleman who I had spoken to on the phone, I handed over my keys and took a seat whilst they changed the bulb. Within 10 minutes they had finished changing my brake light and charged me just £5. I was very pleased that they had managed to quickly fix it at such short notice and charge a fair and reasonable price. As I went to get into my car i noticed the boot wasn't shut properly, I lifted it open to shut it back again but the mechanism inside wasn't locking it! I thought to myself here we go, thought it was too good to be true. I immediately went back inside and told the gentlemen the problem. They quickly apologised and came back outside to see the problem, which he fixed straight away. I was very happy with their service and would highly recommend it to others.

Went in for a service. Knew some things would be flagged up such as brakes. They noticed it and shown me the condition of the disc and pads. Have me an on the spot quote for them which is cheaper than other garages. Gave additional advice for general maintenance on the car and even cleaned it. Would recommend going to them.

Very hospitable and welcoming members of staff - Bryan even drove my car to the front of building after repairs had been done to make it easier for me as I had a baby in car seat. We all have cars so we all need trustworthy honest mechanics. Sad to say the world is full of dodgy mechanics, they can quote and price you what they want and u can't argue because you know Jack about cars. So I am now very relieved and pleased to quote the, The Rock "Finnallyy" I have mechanics who are honest and trustworthy. I got charged £300 for a new drive shaft,, these guys charged me £less than £200. I recommend you ask for Brother Naveed if you want to walk away feeling like you got an honest service, Enough said.

(POSTING FOR SOMEONE ELSE) Very happy with the purchase of the blue Ford focus. As there was no history of cambelt service on the car, wasnt sure if cam belt had ever been changed. I asked them to change it for me, which they did. A new cam belt, aux belt and water pump was all fitted for a decent price. I was pleased with the service I received. Extremely helpful team at the garage, they care more about valueing their customers and want repeat trade, as such they make you feel welcome and happy. My work colleague recommended this garage to me. I needed brake pads replacing which I was given a £250 quote from Quickfix who also told me the disk needed changing as well when I went there to purchased a tyre. I took my car to Heartlands auto centre and Naveed drove me back home or wherever I wanted to be drop off while they repair my car then drop the car back to me repaired and clean inside and outside I was so impressed and the total charge was only £60 and it turned out only the pads needed changing not the disk. I would definitely be going back there from now on for all my car repairs MOT and servicing and I highly recommend this garage to anyone who is looking for a honest garage they can trust.
