I cannot recommend these guys enough. I’ve been in two non-fault accidents over the last 2 years and ISC have undertaken both the repairs to an exceptionally high standard. In all honesty, better than showroom standard. They keep you fully informed throughout the process, are extremely fair when it comes to challenging the third party insurers for damage that is not easily visible, and they prepare your vehicle to a flawless standard ready for collection. I work for a major insurer and have no hesitation in recommending this fantastic high calibre repair bodyshop. I’ll be sending all of my high net worth customers their way. Excellent and professional service. A big thank you to Kully and his team. Being an enthusiast, I like to keep my car to its highest standards. When I heard that my vehicle was going to invidual specialist cars, I rang and emailed to notify them of my cleaning and detailing requests. I wanted to make sure that no cleaning residue was left behind and my car alloys were maintained whilst at the premises. Little did I know that they were one step ahead and took the finishing to another level. The repairs were carried out to perfection, credit goes to Kully who I gathered is also a detailing head! This guy knew exactly what I was after. Interior was left spotless! I was also invited to have a look at the workshop and found that these guys deal with high end vehicles. Being completely honest when I was referred over to Individual Specialist Cars Birmingham from Mercedes Leicester and Mercedes Central Birmingham (having always dealt with the both of the Mercedes dealerships from anything to do with servicing, paintwork, dents, scratches etc) I was slightly dubious but due to Covid-19 both Mercedes dealerships were facing huge delays ......I then looked into the business and read majority of the reviews good and bad to make my own mind up to visit them from Leicester.....Dont get me wrong there were loads of great positive reviews but I wanted to check a few of the bad reviews to see what the issue was & I wanted to make sure that if ISC were going to be carrying out the repair work to my vechile it would be done to a high standard ......When I entered the reception I was greeted by Shoheb Z who gave me some background information about ISC & showed me behind the scenes of the work that is carried out on high spec cars which put my mind at ease and reassured me that my vechile was in safe trustworthy hands, not mention Shoheb Z also showed me a vechile exactly the same as mine in for repair but for something different ....Shoheb Z then introduced me to Kully S the quality control manager who gave me a brief overview of the work that would potentially be carried out & a rough time frame of getting the vechile inside the workshop to full completion.....I got booked in and a week later my car was taken from Leicester to be repaired at ISC & at each point throughout the 2-3 weeks wether it was via e-mail, whatsapp or calls Shoheb Z kept me updated. Overall the whole process was dealt with very quickly and the bodywork to my vechile looked like a new car again! Great workmanship, attention to detail & highly skilled technicians .....Highly recommended & a very big thank you! :-)

Once again i have used this company and once again they have not failed to deliver not just the excellent customer service but also the final result of repairing my car was just wow. A month ago I got in contact with Shoib after a RTA, and since then Shoib has given me one less thing to worry about. He has been updating me on a regular basis in regards to the repair, got a replacement vehicle sorted within 1 day, and basically made this whole process and the transition really quick and smooth. The quality of the work that has been completed on my car has been absolutely brilliant, it actually looked like a brand new car from the showroom. I had the pleasure of dealing with ISC after my accident (not my fault), from start to finish, at every point dealings with this company have been easy, pleasurable, constant and on point. From the front of house girls to staff dealing with damage assessment communication was faultless. No waiting around on hold, no promises of call backs and not getting one, if they said they were going do something they did it. My car may not be a ferrari (it's an audi) but it's my baby, it was treated with the same level of care and attention to detail as they would any vehicle and its owner. My car has come back to me in pristine condition and I am absolutley overjoyed with it and all the advice I got whilst it was with them. The premises are clean, warm and welcoming even the garage area was flawless, I was stunned at the level of professionalism these guys have; a completely different experience from the usual. The only downside; with such excellence I don't think I could bear to go anywhere else should I find myself in the same situation. Which probably isn't a bad predicament to be in! A massive thank you to the team at ISC and especially Shoayb who is quiet possibly the most genuine guy I have had the pleasure of meeting. After a car accident (porche) which needed body repair, i did some research online and visited a few garages for quotes and i came across ISC and upon visiting their location, i was highly impressed by the location (not some back street garage) a professional environment which welcoming staff, seating area, covid measures are readily available with access to masks and gloves, but enough about that - i wanted my car fixed and they did a brilliant job. They are indeed specialists and are authorised by several leading manufacturers, i was given a short tour of their workshop to see ferraris, mclarens being repaired and so on... these guys don't mess about. my main point of contact was a gentleman called Shoheb and he was really helpful and kept me informed reguarly on the status of my car repair via email and telephone. he also informed me about other potential issues with my car that i wasn't aware of, which was useful to know.... i would definatey reccomend ISC for getting your car repaired as it will be good as brand new using original parts.... thanks guys to the team at ISC

Amazing Service, Amazing Work Having made contact with Individual Specialist Cars through my local Rolls Royce dealer I found myself at the reception area within an hour of first contact, both Ian and Jin immediately looked over the vehicle and made the assumption that I shouldn’t drive it home, unable to get home Ian arranged for one of the technicians to drop me off at home some 20 miles away! When I contacted Individual Specialist Cars about my car damage, they advised me to report it to my insurance company and obtain a claim reference number. Once I had provided that, everything was so easy; they liaised with my insurance company on the repair cost and booked me in with a replacement car for the duration of the repair. After my Tesla Model S was involved in a head on collision ISC repaired it. It required extensive work and as the Tesla is a very complex vehicle I was concerned about how well the work would be done. I'm glad i did! The whole process was stress free and fast! I had my car back within 3 weeks and Ash was in contact with me on a regular basis, providing me with updates. From the spacious and welcoming reception to the large open repair area visible from reception it was clear this place was a class act. My usual go to bodyshop while approved for similar brand’s wasn’t up to the challenge of an OEM plus request which I had been considering for some time. A rather careless parking incident in a public car park necessitated the need for a visit to a bodyshop so this created the perfect opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. Had a really bad experience with the impact repair centre in kings norton with my US import Mustang. This made me extremely cautious this time around when choosing where to send my pride and joy. Individual specialist cars reassured me from the very moment they received my vehicle. A very professional approach was made from the very start. To begin a video and pictures of my car were sent directly to me containing any existing swirling, marks or scuffs as I wasn’t able to deliver my vehicle myself. I was updated on a regular basis on the arrival of my parts in the UK and an estimated completion date. Any queries I had were dealt with promptly and in a caring manner. My previous experience with repairs to my vehicle at a previous repair centre had my car off the road for over three months between the actual repair and following problems causing several returns. This time I was assured it would be considerably less and yet again you guys came through. After only 6 weeks my parts had been ordered from the US, shipped to the UK, delivered via courier to the repair centre and my car stripped, sprayed, blended, assembled, valeted polished and waxed. No problems, went over it with a fine tooth comb and couldn’t fault any of their work. Completed a great finish to my two tone pearlescent paint. Every panel perfectly aligned and waxed to a show room finish. I have never trusted anyone to valet my car, these guys can valet my car anytime. My partner actually stated knowing that I spend hours valeting my car myself to achieve the results I expect “you should let them valet your car all the time, they’ve done a better job than you”. I was greeted on arrival by several of the team members and the owner who all loved my car and have a deep passion for all vehicles. They spare no expense and refuse to sacrifice quality. A little advice on further future treatment of my body work was given before I departed and a crowd of the team looked upon their work as I left. Very passionate car enthusiasts. Every member involved I give you a huge thank you for all of your efforts. I highly recommend and if I ever needed any repairs to my car again I would defiantly choose individual specialist cars. Whether it be private or through insurance. They have a huge understanding on what a car enthusiast or petrol heads car means to him/her. They share that passion and aim to please. 4.5/5. Awesome job these guys did, when I got my car back they'd made it look like it was brand new, however my first experience of them wasn't all plain sailing. Dropped the car off first thing on a Wednesday for a front bumper respray, was told at that point by Ian, the person dealing with my job it might be done by Thursday evening, but if not then definitely Friday. So rang first thing Friday morning to enquire about collecting vehicle, was told it wasn't ready yet but that I shall be contacted regarding the vehicle in the afternoon. 3pm and still no phone call, so decided to call in again to ask what was going on, was put on hold whilst person dealing with enquiry spoke with the body shop. She came back to inform me that my vehicle won't now be ready until the following Monday. Naturally I wasn't happy about this so decided that I needed to speak to the manager. I informed the manager Mickaela that I needed my vehicle for the weekend as I was travelling to Manchester. She said offered me a courtesy vehicle and discounted the job by a decent amount for me. All in all it was a happy ending and I'd recommend this place to family and friends if they're willing to pay slightly more then "Dave up the road would charge" but for a top quality job, workmanship was outstanding, will not hesitate to go back to in the future.

The best place in Birmingham to repair your car! If u had an accident and your insurer want to take your precious car to some dodgy place just say NO and go straight to this garage. As soon you walk in there u feel special and important for them whatever car u driving. I have a Skoda superb but they treating me like I would drive a Ferrari! The whole process of fixing your car is smooth and hassle free and the courtesy cars are amazing (BMW m3, jaguar xf r sport, Mercedes c class, a class, Audi a4,a3...and more). The service is always very professional from the front desk through engineers and owners. Just go there and u will be amazed . I will never go anywhere else. They have bigger OCD regarding cars then myself which is scary but also very reassuring. You just know that your car is in right hands and when they finish fixing it it will look like brand new.

As a worker here I can honestly say there is no other body shop that can compare to the quality of standard. I have previously worked in many bodyshops including big dealerships, and believe me theyre no match. to he honest, It's a headache for the workers as we have to go the extra mile. I would rather take my car here for a repair than its own dealership.
