I had an unidentified rattling noise from around the exhaust. I called and get a fast appointment, we were in and out in 20 minutes, from which the actual fix was like 5. They were friendly, efficient and fast. I wish I could recall the mechanic's name who fix the loose washer, so I could thank him personally again.

Thought I had a puncture so phoned nearest KwikFit. I said I would love a coffee while I waited and was told there was no longer a coffee machine. I must have looked very disappointed as next minute a mug of delicious coffee arrived! Tyres were checked and filled up. There was no puncture. There was no charge. Such brilliant service. Thank you.

My wife and I had just left home to go on an overnight break, 2 minutes round the corner…..puncture alert on the display!! We pulled into Kwik Fit Kings Heath. They had the car up on the ramp and inspected the tyre. They didn’t try and sell me a new tyre. Repaired and sorted within 30 mins. Was expecting the worst….only £25!!! Off on our way. Excellent! Needed a tyre quickly, went online and checked stock and ordered, fitting appointment booked for 45 minutes later, competitive price, also booked a free wheel alignment check. Arrived, checked in, went to have a coffee, came back afterwards to collect, all completed very efficiently within an hour, Covid precautions very clear and effective. Excellent - many thanks!!

Fantastic service. Just came in for a suspect tyre pressure check. Guys found a nail in the tyre. All sorted with minimum disruption for my peace of mind. Great service as always from Kwikfit. I took it here for my MOT and full service and I was kept informed of anything that needed fixed/replaced. I dropped it off at 8:30 on a busy Saturday and it was ready to collect at 15:30. The man behind the counter was friendly and helpful which is always nice when you're a young female who knows nothing about cars! The chap at this branch was fantastic, unlike cotteridge if I was reviewing them it would be zero! Kingheath was helpful and knowledgeable. Cotteridge take note, especially when you are dealing with a disable customer and a motability car which is a life line to the disabled person!

It was early and the guys were very, busy with clients booking in, but the young man that helped me was very efficient, helpful and friendly. Excellent service. I took in a wheel with a punctured tyre, it was dealt with straight away, repaired while I waited with a coffee and read the paper. The wheel was put back on my car, replacing the spare I had put on. Courteous staff, and a satisfactory price.

These guys are saints. I drove over a large screw so took it in for a new tyre. I needed It there and then, as I needed to drive to Manchester to get a flight to New York (which was my first proper holiday in over a year, so, very, very important). They replaced the tyre in 30 mins. I then, when driving away, had my wing mirror taken off by some d*ck in an Audi. I went straight back and, even though it isn't something they usually do, they spent another 20 mins reafixing my wingmirror, for which they didn't charge. They then wished me a safe flight and nice holiday... As I say, saints.
