J. B.I used MB 5 or so years ago for a bodypanel repair on my Jaguar XK. Excellent quality. In June this year I backed into a pole. The repair looked great. Then I noticed a paint run. MB were unquestioning in their determination to fix this which they did. So great service. I also bought a full detailing service to get rid of small scratches on the paintwork. Looked great. Then I washed the car and odd smear marks emerged which I couldn't wash out. Again, MB were great at taking the car back and repolishing etc.
My point is- MB pride themselves on the quality of the work. What I value is their attitude when things go a little wrong. Too many garages leave you thinking the customer is the problem, rather than taking responsibility themselves. Both Onka and Jay are passionate about the quality of their work. Sometimes it's only when the service isn't perfect first time that you find out what a company is really like. I'd recommend MB very happily.
