O. u.A fantastic place and superb service all round. I went into my local branch in acocks green for a private quote as someone one crashed into the back of me and offered to pay the costs but i didn't realise how expensive it is to have your vehicle repaired properly so when i gave the quote to the person who damaged my car they refused to pay :( A gent at PJ Rhodes saved the day by arranging the repair and a hire car through their none fault solicitors group. Everything thing went smooth throughout the whole process and i can't thank them enough....

R. M.These guys are amazing! I had a brand new Merc from the show room and barely 3 months later some poor excuse of a driver scratched it. No doubt a costly job given the work involved but between my insurers and PJ Rhodes it was swiftly arranged for collection, repair and return. 2 days turnaround and they even valeted it for me. Phonecalls kept me updated plus a nice email in between letting me know what work was being done. The tin of sweets inside the car was a nice finishing touch. Excellent customer service. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I wouldn't prefer to go anywhere else.
