This company is top notch !!! My personal experience was with Kad he is so professional and explains everything so well . If he doesn’t know something about a turbo then it ain’t worth knowing . Needed my replacement turbo urgently so shipped out my old unit and had a new one delivered the next day . Will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top quality products professionalism and great customer service 👌🏽👊🏽Thank you again guys keep up the great work .

Picked my turbo up this morning. Top service over the phone and even better in person. Travelled three hours from Mid Wales and they opened bang on time and my turbo was waiting for me. FANTASTIC SERVICE !!!!! These guys are fantastic. Nad helped me from start to finish with my turbo problem with my Renault van. After all the advice and professionalism from himself I travelled from South Wales to a very warm welcome with a coffee and one to one chat. As promised my turbo was remanufactued in a morning and I was back on the road home. Fantastic service and would truly recommend precision turbos all day. Brilliant service and these chaps really seem to know their way around a turbo. Took my failed turbo in and the fault was diagnosed immediately but was given a full inspection, the fault was diagnosed and repaired within an hour.

Hi guys these guys are brilliant 5 star looked after me i had a recon turbo from these guys macanic didnt do a good job so it damaged the turbo took it back withing 30 min they gave me a new one but the thing i liked was the turbo poped for some other reason not due to there turbo the brother at the desk went threw all these reasons it can happn gave me loads of print outs to go threw and check before installing and wala i did as he told me and turbo is boosting brill thankyou guys 100 percent recomended

I have 2 or 3 different turbo guys down my way. But still drove nearly 2 and a half hours 1 way son5 hours round trip because the quality and service is next to none. The even sand blasted all my bolts and cleaned all auxiliary turbo pipework. Will continue to use them and recommend to everyone else. Top guys

Amazing work and amazing customer service. He wasnt able to be there on the day I was free so he organised postage for me at no extra cost. I traded in my knackered turbo and got back a sparkling clean remanufactured one, fitted and worked like a dream, even gave a 1 year warranty. Definitely recommend, way cheaper than buying a new turbo and customer service second to none.
