Got car back on Monday after repair scratches back bumper and side too. Most of them all gone help with work put into. Plus cleaning inside car too and looked be washed too. Like driving new car again. Very happy Customer as happened back May all solved now. Recommend AA this second year now.

Great service, picked up my BMW, from my house, and gave me a courtesy car on the day of collection, they handled and looked after my vehicle like it was one of there own, the staff are top tier, and explained everything in clear detail, honestly getting good service like this is hard to come by nowadays, they managed color matched perfectly, and this was one of my biggest concerns but they got it spot on, top job, will recommend to many people in the future, many thanks, Reece 👍

Repair appears well done, two difficulties I experienced were; 1.Telephone contact, frequently no reply after ringing for a long time, however once through Stef, Laura and Julia were very helpful. Why have possibility of having two extensions on the phone when only one works? 2. Car supplied was very nice but no tyre pressure info on the car and this needed to be checked when car delivered.

The people at Steer Automotive did an absolutely wonderful repair on my Mazda 3 which my neighbor had backed into a few weeks ago. Turnaround time for the repair was only a couple of days, and they sorted me out with a nice courtesy car while my Mazda was getting fixed. Steph, Debbie, and Laura at the reception were incredibly warm and super helpful. Would highly recommend!

From the moment I was contacted by Laura the process was extremely professional and prompt my car was booked in without fuss and I was updated regularly by Laura on my repairs. Once my car was taking in to the workshop I had a call from the estimator confirming all areas of damage to be repaired. Having collected my car today the job is superb the finish of the paint is impeccable and you would never know that there had ever been any damage to my car Fantastic job to all at the Oldbury branch keep up the good work I would definitely recommend these guys

From the very first initial contact with Steer back in October last year when my car was vandalised, the service has been impeccable. The process of getting my car repaired was so straight forward, and made what was a stressful time so much easier. Having recently had to take my car back, I was again impressed with how helpful they were, and incredibly happy with how the car has come back to me. In particular I would like to mention what a pleasure it has been to liaise with Laura Banner, who is a real credit to the team. Always friendly, helpful and generally just a lovely person to deal with. Her responses were always prompt and nothing seemed too much trouble - even giving me directions to find them when I was lost nearby! Laura's customer service is some of the best I have experienced in a long time. I would not hesitate to recommend Steer moving forward.

Amazing service from start to finish!!! The man who picked my car up was extremely thorough with his inspection, once my car had gone I was offered a lovely courtesy car. I had phone calls to update me on the work of my car and when it will be ready, when I fetched my car the work they had done was to an immaculate standard, my car had been washed, vacuumed and cleaned inside. The staff were amazing and friendly, they were happy to help at all times. Amazing service and I would 100% recommend!

So far I am leaving 1 star... 1 week almost since they've had my car in for repair... And still no courtesy car... They took my car in for repair and stated they provide a courtesy car, passed the buck onto enterprise cars... And I still have nothung to drive... Not impressed right now.... Just waiting patiently... Hopefully I can give a better review later... This is only my first impression... Update is that they helped me get my courtesy car and we're extremely helpful in that matter....very supportive. Can't mention anything else because they couldnt repair my car and it was written off....my only impression was that they were supportive , well spoken and professional.
