Bought a Ssangyong Rodius from Birmingham but stereo unit was faulty and despite the garage claiming they had sorted it, these guys took out the old set and replaced it with a better unit. Adapted the wiring so all steering wheel controls worked, sat nav, rear camera and Bluetooth. Such friendly guys, felt really valued as a customer. Would 100% recommend. Great cafe couple of doors down while you wait too!

Excellent service. Kiran is honest, trustworthy and extremely methodical, and takes pride in his work. Fitted an android direct fit to my E Class and even supplied a GPS module that I had not been given with the headunit. Will definitely be coming back for future car audio work.

Just back from having the touchscreen replaced on my VW T6. So pleased with the result, after months of not being able to use my sat nav and the radio changing channels on it's own. It's like brand new. The factory unit in my van would have cost over £1500 to replace, so I'm well chuffed.

I went to three different car audio specialists around Birmingham and they all had different prices and advice. What set this place apart was the fact that the staff there were top notch. They helped me get the best out of my standard stereo just for free and then walked me through different options for car audio upgrades based on the information that I told them around what I wanted. They gave me loads of advice and told me to go and consider the options in order to have the time to make the best improvements at an affordable price. High quality cabling which can be removed if you sell your car, and attention to detail on the sound engineering also. They got it done swiftly, and I just turned up without pre booking and they still did it that same day. Great place to go for genuine advice without the pressure of being sold, but trust me, if you want a nice car speaker system, you won't wanna go anywhere else.

I took my car to Goodwins Auto Electrics because my car stereo radio stopped working. The mechanic Kiran diagnosed it was a problem with the side speaker in the passenger door and the wiring due to water damage. Sometimes you just follow your gut instinct and it paid off, I was really happy I went to these guys. The Bluetooth phone connection works perfectly now. They knew what they were doing and fixed the problem. Brilliant service, reasonable price and really looked after me.

hi, just wanted to say I loved the customer service from the lads at tech 2 car audio, genuine lads and will look after you!, top notch work and as clean as it can be. Got my reverse cameras fitted with a stereo but the lads do all the electronic works of car audios. Will definitely be using tech 2 every time as they prices are reasonable and they do a clean job!

Took old Volvo car radio/cassette for repair with another for spares. Within 7 days advised radio was fixed and also the spares one was fixed too. Friendly service at reasonable cost. Note : the quite large workshop is round the back of the shop, which sells other stuff.

Highly recommend these guys. My Ford Satnav audio unit completely failed. I tried this company after seeing the positive reviews. I was not disappointed.
