Great customer service, from my arrival they had my battery changed in 10 mins, and they check to make sure you actually need a new battery. Friendly service from the guy changing it, any other battery problems and this will be my go-to!

Absolutely A class service. I know nothing about leisure batteries. Emailed them in the week and the communication from Mike the boss was quick and helpful. Popped up this morning to get a new battery fitted. Charlie was great!!! Friendly. Helpful and had the job done in minutes. Completely reccomend this company.

Would 100% recommend this place to anyone. So much cheaper than the likes of Halfords service a million times better staff super friendly and knowledgeable. I have a ford transit with battery under the seat a pain in the arse job he had battery out and replaced with in 20 min. Cant rate highly enough keep up the great work.

Having used a couple of times over the years I can honestly say that the service has been good, the staff have been polite and friendly and the prices competitive. No pushy sale and the price has always been for supply, fit and disposal of the old battery. None of these were added on as 'extras' to the price like some other garages do. Update 29/3/21 - Used again. This time took advantage of at home fitting. £15 fee for delivery & fitting at home. Super swift & polite. Total cost was at least £15 cheaper than a couple of major high street battery fitters.

I learnt a replacement battery would be £175 (Good old BMW) anyway I visited their shop and they tested it for me. Rather that just sell me the battery they suggested I give it a good long charge for 6-8 hours and its should be good. Probably down to little use due to working from home and the cold snap in the weather that kills low charge batteries. Any problems come back (which I will be happy to do and support a local private business). Great customer service and would highly recommend.

I have used Bournemouth Battery Centre (BBC) several times over the years for car batteries and the service is always excellent. Instead of simply selling you a new battery they will (if you have you your vehicle with you) check whether is is your battery at fault or if it's your alternator etc. BBC even fit your battery for you and dispose of your old one at no extra cost - Halfords charge upwards of £15 for fitting your battery!! I'm going to need some number plates made up soon and I will be getting these from BBC too.
