After a few bad experiences with other garages, I was nervous about taking my recently bought EOS to a new garage, but Tony & the guys there are incredibly friendly & happy to help. He found the problem quickly, explained what was wrong & how much it would cost etc & fixed it for me without charging a ridiculous sum. He showed me the broken part afterwards & also explained further the issues encountered so I knew exactly what my money was spent on. Since then, the car has had a couple more issues of which Tony has promptly fixed, even saving me money by sourcing affordable parts & consistently charging an honest price for labour. I cannot recommend Brownen Road enough & am sending our other car there for it's MOT as well!
B. S.Rang Brownen Road Garage and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly they were on the phone, listening to the issues we were facing. My girlfriend's VW Up had it's cam belt replaced incorrectly by another garage and this meant it was completely out of time.
Took it in to Brownen and it is back to driving like new again because they ordered in the specific timing tool needed for the UP, we will definitely be using them again, thank you.
