E. P.The people working in this garage are very helpful and knowledgeable. On very short notice, they kindly helped me. It saved my car engine from damage. I was enabled to safely drive my family back home 100 miles away from Bournemouth the next day.
J. C.Popped in for an appointment to get my underperforming Aircon checked. The team were very polite and efficient. The Aircon was fully tested and a little more gas added to that extracted with more lubrication oil. Aircon now nice and chilly. Very pleased.
l. y.Staff are always friendly and thorough. Far more better than the one on Holdenhurst Road. That's why I would rather drive to this one considering I live at Charminster.
r. a.I would happily recommend Halfords for MOT, servicing and general repairs. The communication via email was excellent both prior to and after my appointment. They were very accommodating when I forgot to mention I would also like an interim service with the MOT and fitted me in despite being very busy. The invoice they sent included photographs of the problem areas, and I was able to discuss it with them and decide how much I wanted done. I appreciate their honesty, especially with guiding me through the advisories and when I would need to take action. Both our cars are MOT’d and serviced here, and will continue to be so in the future.
A. H.I was visiting my mum with my three boys when a warning light came on. We were due to drive back to West Sussex the next day so I needed it looked at asap. Initially I was booked in for the next day but after quick discussion about the problem they realised it was potentially a very easy job which they could fit in that day. I had my car back working within a few hours of calling. I was so grateful and would definitely recommend their service.
J. C.Car went in for clutch replacement. I was kept informed of progress throughout the process. When taking the ca away I noticed a warning light I had not seen before, and immediately returned the car. After checking, I was told that the repair seemed to have accidentally damaged a part which would have to be ordered and replaced. I was told, that to compensate for the inconvenience I would be provided with a replacement vehicle and all additional work wold be free of charge. 4 days later the car went back in, and I was given a relatively new Ford Fiesta whilst the repair took place. My car was returned the following day, in full working order. The staff were friendly, polite and informative throughout the process, especially Simon. Very reassuring customer service, and very apologetic about the extra work needed.
