So incredibly pleased with the service! My first ever MOT and didn't know what to expect but the level of integrity left me so confident my car was in the right hands. After failing my MOT, they got it back up and running with new rear brakes the next day - couldn't fault the service or price, feel like I have a brand new car after thinking what I had before was normal! MOT on my Kuga plus fitting new washer motor and sorting out pesky engine management light that has developed a mind of its own! Always prepared to answer questions. Owner has a good sense of humour which is rare these days. However, the invitation to my credit card to come visit in a month or so has been rejected (hopefully)

Recently purchased a car from KCM Autocare. Found the owner Adrian to be very professional and knowledgeable without the hard sell approach. As a lady it could have been a daunting experience but the staff made you feel at ease .The whole experience was a total pleasure to be honest as all the staff were so friendly and down to earth great atmosphere. Friendly, genuine garage who I bought a car from recently. Unfortunately there was a problem with the car a few days after purchasing when I was far from home (nobodies fault, just very unlucky) and Adrian went above and beyond to sort this out for me quickly making the situation a lot less stressful. Went back for MOT and couldn’t ask for a better service :-) definitely recommend this garage!

Thought I would try a local garage for a repair to my vehicle, was greeted by the owner who I found to be welcoming and courteous. After looking at my vehicle he explained very clearly what was needed and quoted a good price. It was made very easy to book it in and arrange dropping it off, he contacted me to inform me that no extra work was needed and the price was what he had quoted. I will definitely be using this place again and definitely recommend this garage.

Limped into the garage on Thursday afternoon, my engine jumping and choking itself. Staff were very quick and helpful in responding to my questions, and I was more than happy to leave my car in their care. Got a call on Monday, just like they said I would, and within an hour of working on it, they had alreay found the issues and sorted them out. Car now runs like a dream. Many thanks to all at KCM Autocare, and if I'm in trouble, I will be bringing my car strait back to you, either driven or towed.

Brilliant garage! had a fault with my Air con and went to other garages who told me it would be a costly fault, spoke to Ade at KCM who diagnosed the issue within an hour and now its fixed, saved me hundreds of pounds. Top class and would highly recommend! thanks guys!

Very very pleased with KCM AUTOCARE in kinson they repaired our Peugeot 2008 after the main dealer gave us the run around and failed to diagnose a faulty knox sensor after several costly visits considering the car is only 3 yrs old, also did extensive repair work on our Audi A6 and is back with them for some other work very friendly and informative and there very local to us my van is nxt for them to service in the very near future Highly recommended hence the 5 ⭐
