W. V.I rarely write any reviews. So this is not a compliment given lightly. The team were thoroughly professional. Customer service. Courtesy, communication and efficiency was superb. Genuinely a really good experience. And this was evident as the calls were handled and the reception became busier. The team coped under pressure from an increasingly busy Sunday afternoon. I will definitely return and recommend Kwik Fit Ringwood Road Bournemouth, on the bear cross roundabout. A very well deserved 5 stars.
E. L.Took my car in on Sunday just after midday as a tyre kept losing air and I needed to sort it. The guys checked it out, found the puncture and were able to repair the tyre all in the space of half an hour. I was so impressed with the excellent service. I will always come back here in the future and highly recommend these guys.
A. W.Exceptional service. Came in for a new tyre which was fitted carefully. Also received great advice on how to get a repair on a slightly buckled spare wheel. In addition I was given sound advice on a gearbox oil leak.

Were looking to get a tyre repaired from a puncture rather a replacement and these two went above and beyond to make this happen and save us money on a busy Sunday before a long journey back to London. Many thanks to the team and would highly recommend this branch!
I. P.I found a screw in my tyre Sunday morning. The only place I could find open local was Kwik fit. I was not to keen on using as a different branch in the past has overcharged me for simple work.
However as soon as I called Kwik Fit on ringwood road you could tell the service was so much better. This then got even better when I arrived. They were polite, efficient and got the issue solved with no trying to sell me things I didn’t need. I would 100% recommend and you have made a customer for life out of me. Thank you
S. B.I booked online for an express fitting for two new tyres at 10.03 to be done at the Kwik Fit Ringwood Road, Bournemouth Store and by 10.50 these had been fitted. The Manager was very friendly and helpful as were all the staff, the order was smoothly fulfilled and I just felt that everything from booking online to the actual fitting was excellent. The price was good as well and overall this was a ten out of ten customer experience.
t. w.Fantastic service from this branch, I went in because my tyre pressure warning light kept coming on. I didn’t book in advance and went in on the off chance, they were so helpful. I needed two new tyres in the end and they had them brought over from another branch. 5 * service can highly recommend and will definitely go back there for any future requirements.
S. F.I’m not too sure who I dealt with but I believe it was the manager. The service was incredible I turned up at 4pm and he some how managed to get 4 new tyres delivered and fit by half 5. Not only was it super efficient but he really looked after me and made sure I got the best price.
I cannot recommend enough. I won’t be using anyone else now for my car needs.
