J. A.I have used this garage now for the last four years for full and part services. They provide an excellent service and are competitively priced. Communication is also excellent. My annual service is done in December prior to the MOT which they also carry out. Today, I drove up there to ask if they could check tyres, oil top up anything that was required as I am driving a long distance soon. Having shunted the cars around, mine was taken in, fully checked, levels topped etc...when I asked how much, I was told..oh its free!! I didn't think I could praise them any more, but this took their customer service to a whole new level. If you're looking for a garage that upholds good old fashioned values, politeness and friendliness, with modern technology, look no further...but be sure to book in advance as this sort of service is no longer found in many places. Thank you Southbourne Garage, you definitely deserve your 5 star rating !!
