Very kind and reliable staff. I had an MOT done recently which was completed in good time, one of the mechanics went the extra mile and applied a screw to one of my wheel arch liners, which prevented further damage down the line. I'm unsure of the name, but the man regularly behind the counter is responsive on the phone and very kind. I hope to be back (not before!) next year to give my Mazda another MOT, cheers.

Booked my car in with The Forge Garage via Fixter.co.uk for an alternator replacement. The garage managed to source the no longer manufactured part and ordered it in for the repair. The cost for the job was very competitive, and they had the fiddly job done and the vehicle repaired within the day. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, the mechanic even called to confirm if I would like any further diagnostics done after the repair, instead of just doing it and charging extra.

The Forge Garage were absolutely fantastic. I spoke to them at 8am this morning to see if they could fit my car in for an MOT and was pleasantly surprised when they could. It was all done and dusted and I was picking my car back up at 10:45am. They were friendly, helpful and really professional. Also only £39.99 for the MOT great value as well. Good, honest service. Nice guys to deal with. I take both my business vans there for service and MOT. Good value and they do a good job. Also had a couple of problems and they've got the van in quickly to check it out. One wasn't a problem and they were happy to be honest and tell me it was fine rather than making out there is a problem.

I was a bit worried for my daughter down in Bournemouth ,(at Uni), if she had any car troubles, Forge Garage were excellent, very professional and polite, they couldn't have been more helpful when my nervous daughter turned up with and engine management light issues and MOT due. BMW X6 M50d.... Brake indicator came on and well whilst its there, do an Oil service... (i like to do them early) I said only "change the pads" as that's what I thought it needed but These EXTREMELY professional people looked at the pads and found they were perfect but the sensor cable was the problem... My expensive expectations were diminished thankfully I believe other garages may have just replaced them regardless so thank you guys... a loyal customer once again!!! And only the oil service and a sensor to pay for... Cheers Jonathan

I had a problem with my car for a while which was supposedly fixed elsewhere. Forge were able to identify the problem and fix it properly! No more squeaky car! They listened to my concerns and I found the prices to be very reasonable for the amount of work done. I've since had an MOT done and no issues at all. Very polite and professional staff even when my car would not exhibit the fault for them that it does to me on a regular basis! Jumped out of reverse gear when I tested it before arriving at the garage, then wouldn't do it for the Forge staff or when I demonstrated it for them, then after I left I tested it again and it did it 3 out of 5 times!! Cars - what can you do!! Waived their time cost spent looking for the fault, which was very kind.
