I needed a service and my previous garage kept giving my car back with issues from their mistakes. Searching around, I found Avia Autos. I contacted Avia Autos to see if they could book my upcoming service date, which was less than two weeks from our contact (as I was already booked with the previous garage). Hayley was straight on the ball and quoted me on the same day. I contacted Avia Autos a couple of days later to go ahead with the service, and they fitted me in well before the short notice date. Each contact with Avia Autos was welcoming and friendly, something that people rarely give these days. The job was done in a timely manner, and my car is running better than ever! Cheers, Avia Autos. I'll see you again in the future!

Recently moved to the area, so have been looking for somewhere local that has a good reputation. Going by the reviews Avia fit the bill perfect. Took my car for a wheel alignment after swapping over the suspension over and fitting a few other parts. An hour later, the car now drives perfect! So very pleased. very friendly and professional garage. Would recommend!

I cannot recommend Hayley and her team highly enough. They have looked after my little fleet for many years and they are the most honest and helpful garage I have ever dealt with. They are all so friendly and have, on many occasions, bent over backwards to get my work van back on the road as quickly as possible. I will never go anywhere else.

I've been going to this garage now for several years with different cars. Always very friendly, honest and always cater for me. Often I have called them with a problem in the morning, and they have fixed it the same day. Just a really good bunch of people who look after your car. Very happy with the service.

Fantastic service at avia autos, I've taken my car to the garage twice and will certainly continue to do so! The staff are all very helpful and friendly. When ever I've asked for any advise Hayley, Connor, Rebecca and Andy are always happy to advise. First time I took my car to the garage I had a issue where my window would not open, the parts were ordered by the garage aswell as repaired in a cost aswell as time efficient way. The second time I visited the garage two knew tires Where's fitted aswell as 2 rotated. A knew battery was also installed in a timely Manor. 10/10!

Fantastic local garage who understand that while I have many strengths, car fixing is not one of them haha!! They patiently explain everything, run free weekend motorist workshops and don’t laugh at me when I call and say my car is ‘making a noise’. The welcome I receive is always warm and personal and I’m greeted with a flurry of ‘Hi Nik’s when I step out of the car. Honestly, they’re exceptional and I hesitate to recommend only as I want to keep them all to myself!!! A*!

Well what a great customer experience I just had. I called in today having made an appointment to get an alignment done on my Golf GTD. As I arrived, Hayley very kindly put on a fresh pot of coffee for me and had a chat while there was another job being finished up in the garage. Hayley then checked they were okay to carry out the job whilst not interfering with the radar cruise system, as it can rely on the tracking for its positioning calibration etc. Hayley then invited me to check out what Connor was doing in the garage for the alignment and after a good chat with him while he went about his work about his own MK1 Golf, we popped out for a test drive. As he was happy with it I paid up and made my way home to Cardiff. What a difference. The front OS wheel was only 2 degrees out (if I remember correctly) but the car now feels to handle like new again. Will definitely be a returning customer, 10/10.

Fantastic professional garage with a wealth of knowledge. This garage is a credit to the motor trade. I can not understand why Miss Sim has left a negative review unless there is something in his life that has left him in a dark place as her one negative review goes against the hundreds of positive posts. Such a shame that there are individuals that get some sort of satisfaction by disrespecting others,maybe it is a sexual thing who knows?????? All the best Hayley and please keep up the great work.

Always friendly, helpful amazing service. Oh and there's always cold water, fresh tea and coffee available while you wait. As a female I don't ever feel like I'm being spoken down to or being charged for services that I don't need (like I've felt at other garages in the past.)

Kwit-Fit fitted a new tyre on my VW polo, they recommended a wheel alignment as it was showing on their test that they were incorrect. I booked myself into Avia Autos and minutes after arriving they returned my keys and said it didn't need doing. I saved myself a lot of money. They were very friendly, helpful and I am happy that I have found a local garage I can trust, would definitely recommend. Shame they no longer do food as recommended on an earlier review.

Fantastic garage! I HATE taking my car to garages because in the past I have felt intimidated and clueless by staff members. Not any more! I am so glad I have found this place. The lass on reception (I didn't catch her name) was so helpful and friendly. The work carried out on my car was done quickly, efficiently and at a good price. I was also given advice on how to prevent further damage to my car from the gentleman mechanic (I didnt catch his name either) I wish I'd have found this garage years ago and I will definatley be going back when my car needs some tlc. Andy was recommended to me as the guru for geo set up. With his racing back ground and engineering knowledge he transformed the Boxster and has done the same on the M3. The 160 mile round trip was well worth it. I won't use anyone else. Highly recommended and very pleasant to deal with.
