Elliot is by far the best mechanic I have used to date, so very professional. Elliot had a right pain in the neck job to come back to today and went completely out of his way to ensure everything was correct before he left. His customer service is exceptional and even bought me a chocolate on my birthday as it was today. Cannot recommended enough. Thank you ells auto care 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Elliott changed my brake pads & discs. He did a fantastic job, was very professional & you didn’t get the feeling you were being ripped off. He went out of his way to message me a few days later to check the brakes were working fine & volunteered to come back out if there were any issues. Ellis is very fastidious with his approach to his job of work. he has a comprehensive knowledge of not only the mechanics of the car but also the more complex electrics .. the biggest plus side though. your not " dropping the car off and we will ring you in a few days ". he is there when he says. and he is there until the work is complete. recommended 100% ..

FANTASTIC! We had Elliott out to sort our Mercedes A-Class. Our car had a few lights pop up on the dash and has been parked on the drive stuck for a while, we called so many garages who were quoting silly prices just to run a diagnostic. Ell did the diagnostic for free found the issue, we got the part and he fixed it, also did a full service and brake pad change all for a very reasonable cost. We now have our car back and i'm over the moon. best part is he can do it all from your home!.

I messaged Elliot to ask about changing a thermostat on my Mercedes C180. He messaged back promptly with a quote, we agreed and after a little panicking from my end about getting Elliot the key, we arranged for the car to be repaired during my work hours. This made it amazingly convenient! Knowing the car would be repaired for when I got home. I put 100% trust in Ell’s Auto Care and I was not disappointed. He messaged when he finished the job. I found Elliot.through a mutual friend. Always had a thing about garages and mechanics, being a women they always seem to rip you off. So he is a decent guy, thinks he is funny.. hes not! 😂 Will explain what work needs doing and even shows you the work thats been done. Which is refreshing. Unfortunately for him i will now not use any garage and will be sticking with him with this car and any future cars I have. Sorry mate your stuck with me now 😂 Very professional.
