Rob at Bridgend kwik Fit had excellent customer service and fit us in today to fix our vehicle last minute. I rang him this morning thinking it would be booked in later on in the week. When I got the call to say the work was completed that afternoon 3 hour turnaround time I was amazed. Affordable and professional service all round.

These guys are great. Sorted out the required tires the same day delivered to shop and in place by 2pm if you let them know before noon. Made an appointment to fit, balance etc new tires and all was smoothly accomplished in absolutely no time at all. The whole operation at least for me that day was faultless. Even when I called sourcing the tires they were familiar with these specific tires, price given and ordered. Could not fault the system. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you, Kwik Fit Crew Bridgend.

Absolutely cannot fault the guys here...been going there over 20 years now and they always go above and beyond..personally would like to thank Paul and Rob for another effortless booking and customer service on the day and a special mention to Ash who a few years ago in his own time after work, in the pouring rain waited on a part and fixed my car outside my own home after working all day so I wouldn't be stranded as I was due to go on holidays...and to the rest of the gang you all work hard it's the sign of a good team

Always busy, they do a fantastic job, wheel alignment tyres and MOT’s have all been done here and they are pretty good at getting them done on time. I would always book using their website or calling on the phone as they may not be able to fit you in if you just turn up. While you wait you can sit in their tiny waiting room or pop next door for a McDonald’s or a wander around the plethora of shops that are around this area. Only reason it’s not a five star is their parking, it’s always full and there are always tyres laying about. It just looks messy.

I am about a month late posting this - sorry but just wanted to say how great and helpful the staff were. I visited towards the end of the day on a weekend and they were more than happy to take a look. I had the aircon re-gassed a few weeks before and suddenly there was a loud noise coming from the fan. They had a good look and there was a piece of sandpaper stuck next to the fan! No major disaster and free of charge. Great service, nice people, nothing was too much trouble for them. Thanks! Xx

We were driving from Haverford West to Kent and having drive through a new spray and chipping road area we developed a noise in the front drivers side front wheel. Drove into Kwik Fir Bridgend told the reception of the problem and within seconds they had diagnosed the cause. In a minute they had found a chipping stuck between the break disc and back plate, removed it and we were back on the road. Fantastic friendly service, nice guys that did not make us feel foolish. Big thanks to Rob! He could see I was in a bit of a pickle and came straight out to ask if I needed assistance as I was parking up. I’d had a quick puncture and had to drive 3 miles on the tyre, hence the hole. As well as sorting out the tyres, he also advised me of a few “wear and tear” issues with the rest of the car that I should keep an eye on. Advising me like this is sure to save me with major issues and possibly expensive breakages in the near future, so for that I’m extremely grateful! Yesterday my car started smelling of petrol and a warning light came on. I phoned Kwik Fit Bridgend and Rob told me to take the car straight to them. Excellent service! I phoned at 2:00pm for a quote on a new fitted catalytic converter on my car, they were the cheapest around with a 3 yr guarantee. Very helpful staff, saw my car two days in a row to try and get to the bottom of grating sound in my brake. Turns out it was a stone wedged in it! Took the time to call me over and show me it with a torch which was interesting to see and tell me how they were going to get it out. What a refreshing experience! After a long 6 hour journey my air pressure light had come on. Popped in hoping to book an appointment for following day as they were closing in 40 minutes. Nathan volunteered straight away to assist and before i knew it car was on the ramp. After a thorough examination, the faults was found to be too low pressure in all 4 tyres and no puncture. Full report was given on tread etc, but no pressure to have them done as not urgent. Could not have been more impressed with thorough and honest service. Also very friendly. All at no charge. Visited this morning to get a pre-ordered tyre changed and front brake pads looked at. Service was excellent. Brake pads needed changing which I knew was the case as they were identified as low from recent MOT. Fantastic service from the team at Bridgend KwikFit. I had 2 rear tyres fitted at the South Harrow KwikFit branch who did a shockingly poor job - completely wrong tyre pressures but worse of all the balancing on both wheels was completely out - which I only discovered whilst driving down the M4 a week later. The team at Bridgend were fantastic at fitting me in on a very busy day, and re-balancing the wheels properly (both were out by about 40grams!). I now have a smooth ride again - Thank you!

Excellent service. Pre booked our MOT online and staff were waiting on my arrival to begin the test. Minor advisories were clearly pointed out and the test was completed well within the usual one hour timescale. Please extend my thanks to your colleague who was kind enough to replace our rear LED light, which had been vandalised and I had to dash to collect the replacement from the nearby Argos eBay click and collect to ensure the car passed the test! He did not want to accept my offer of payment for doing this, as I appreciate he didn't have to do it in the first place - but all the same I'm grateful. Many thanks for a fuss free experience. Even if the car had failed the MOT (which thankfully it didn't), the review still stands. We hear so many nightmare stories about Kwik Fit/Halfords etc - but service experience should be based on its own merit, not just on the say so of others. Thanks once again, keep up the good work 👍

Our Peugeot RCZ had a tyre blowout on the M4 last Sunday when we were travelling to London. We were taken to Kwikfit within a couple of hours and, luckily, Mike was there to help us out and fit two new tyres. Visited the branch a few times for Mot/Service but had to visit the branch in Bridgend for different reason relating to something I didn’t fully understand. However Matt the person I dealt with talked me through the whole process and explained a lot of detail what was needed, when I say detail it was in a way that I understood for my level of understanding of cars. I don’t trusted his judgement after this and restored my confidence within the Kwik Fit brand after a different experience a few years back. JUST BRILLIANT Read on:- Absolutely first class service from a first class team on a Sunday morning ,when they were super busy, had a wait for a while but was informed of this when phoned to book, so took a book to read, Covid precautions being taken. Only slight down side was that there was damage to one of the wheels ( Riva 500 blue and silver ) which as l was in Wales for son's wedding l had cleaned and polished car, and not noticed the marks, and when the tyre was flat there was no marks l noticed or when l was first at Kwik Fit, l had even asked for the tyres ( needed two as only 3ml on other front so with tyres, balance, tracking £245 ) with the ridge for protecting the tyres which l already had, they had similar but not sticking out as my old ones .my wife took it to are local Kwik Fit and they just said it had hit the kerb ? Not a lot l can do about that as l can't prove it. It was a grease type smudge l thought at first, but on cleaning it off the wheel is marked. So will take pictures of wheels before l get tyres changed again.

On our return we found that Jamie had taken the wheels off, reset the callipers, cleaned them out and returned them to their normal position. A lot of work to be done and then told we would not be charged as there was no parts needed. One of my brakes were making a grinding noise so given they are my brakes got to get them checked. Drove into Kwik fit Bridgend as its on my to work. As I previously mentioned, absolutely the only place to go. All the staff were friendly and helpful, I must point out that whilst I was watching the lads and lassies working on my car, I was pleasently surprised, when one of my staff members, came into the waiting room (I could help listening in), and informed a female customer, that he had checked her tyres, brakes etc. And everything was just fine. But recommended that she calls back in about 3 months time or any other time if she is concerned about anything. She asked how much she owed, and was told, nothing, "we only charge if work is needed". I thought to myself, now that is good old but modern businesship. The woman was a little taken aback, but was assured no payment was necessary. That was a very happy customer and so was everyone else in the short time I was there.
