Yet again the truck that keeps on giving ,so Thursday my recovery truck decided it didn't need a slave cylinder which contaminated the clutch . Plus 3 out of 4 studs on the alternator snapped , so 1 phone call truck was in and sorted that evening for a busy day on Friday massive thanks to Nathan ans staff expecially Dave who stayed on till early hours of the morning to make sure it was done

Had an MOT and major service on my car yesterday and received a 5 star service as usual . Car was collected in the morning and returned in the afternoon as I was unable to get to the garage . I had a phone updating me on progress and a few minor issues that needed fixing . Communication through the day was excellent . Would highly recommend Nathan and his team!

Nathan and the guys here are amazing! The most honest trustworthy garage I have ever come across. Best customer service and always the best prices. Taken my car here for service, MOTs and will never go anywhere else again. I had a problem with water accumulating in the spare tyre well, in the boot of my A-Class Mercedes. I explained the problem. They immediately understood the cause, scheduled the work, disassembled the bumpers, fixed the problem and checked it was working. They only charged me for the time they invested to fix it. I highly recommend their service.

Sorted out my Range Rover Vogue timing belt. Had to drop the car off via the AA after hours, and they stayed open for the car to be dropped off. Kept me informed throughout the repair, and finished it earlier than anticipated. All staff were friendly an knowledgeable. A few had Range Rovers of their own, and this helped. Very enthusiastic staff, and pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

I was recommended LKF by my mother in law recently. I contacted Nathan through Facebook and he was so helpful. Within 2 days he’d organised the pick up and return of my car to my home, which was a massive help. The car was returned the same day, with MOT and two new tyres. Picked up my Astra last friday at LKF and was happy to pay £500 for MOT work, but was dismayed to find they had replaced the windscreen wipers, when i asked for the old wipers back as i had just fitted new ones from Halfords, i was told they had been binned !! The MOT was carried out at another garage by LKF and the refusal certicate states " Windscreen washer provides insufficient washer liquid front [8.2.3] " The problem is the pump on the windscreen washer bottle which i will have to sort out. I am not implying any intentional wrong doing.
